[00:00:03] Duck. ha ha ha ha ha ha the hul2a ah ha ha ha ha Hey you know what she's viral, she's gone viral Man to Men, men to women but we talk about it okay we assumed I
[00:00:21] got you brought it up you brought it up you thought about it one side it I thought about it from a woman given a man right a BJ yeah right you mention men, I mean the other man, taking back
[00:00:37] going hot to. Yeah right. So I thought about even further. How many women are going on another woman? A lot of them. It's a lot of people too. They are too, I'm right. This shake does everyone are hot to. I would think at some point most.
[00:01:07] Okay dad, that's not it. Have you thought and they have the average person has experienced hot to win? But everybody hot to us. Yeah right. Well, we're not everybody. Well, not everyone but I think it's so popular and she went viral
[00:01:28] because everybody knows about doing that. What's not like she did something that no one says, everybody was like, what does hot to with me? Now everybody got it. So what famous people can you imagine hot to a? Think of Monica Lewinsky. She
[00:01:45] hot to in the White House. The historical, that's the story of the hot to wear in the White House. Yes. Wow. The Ryan and Bob it. She was somewhat successful. She just bit off more than she could. She, she, she, she, she
[00:02:00] bit off and more bit it out. She bit off more than she got. She got that. So I want to, oh, you as you think this weird quick, a few celebrities take my hot to a female. female. Yes, that you know hot to her. You can look at
[00:02:18] them too. You know who I think angelina Jolie? Oh, yes. What was that? What were how big nut? You know what? She met not somebody like her. She, she made things. She's a little too, you know, because some women think they're too, they're too
[00:02:35] good to hot to up. You think men not like that? I think she's classy. I'm not going to put a hot to a beneath her. I'm not going to say it. Give us a deep. Oh, what? We're going to do together working our own
[00:03:15] and off the fields for podcasting with a purpose. I got my own to be a co-rest assured this is your boy, Coach Boston aka his elimination aka. It's your boy, I'm missing you by the little make a Mr. Coach to read back. Hey, hey Mr.
[00:03:32] for about no doubt what's happening, Coach? What's good, Coach? episode number 10. I can't get up a second. Yeah, yeah, we gotta be in man. That's it, dog. It is absolutely too much going on for us not to have the organic moment. It's too much. It's too much.
[00:03:50] It's too much going on, not to have that. How too is this too? I was just, I was just, I was like gosh man. I'm glad videos weren't out when I was coming up. Oh my, because he was just drunk having a good time. And they have his
[00:04:05] uh, they've been talking to him for at least like a minute. No. I seem like that's our home girl that first of all, it's all the time. Yeah. And she stepped there. She was like, you got the
[00:04:13] hot to a hundred. The way she said, the way she said, he said it was spring. You got the hot to a hundred at times. Yeah, yeah, this is red naked. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
[00:04:27] Shout out to everybody in this man. This is, I want to shout out to all of the, if you've been driving the 18, what are you listening to us, man? This is, yeah, this is really, it's on the road, man. I all have truckers. Shout out to all
[00:04:37] the truckers. No, you all be safe by that man. You all get it done. We need you out. Yeah, I'm trying to get this. Yes, give us the home. Give us the home. Hey, hey, look, we're like, oh, oh, oh, oh, I didn't get that.
[00:04:48] Just a look before we knew after how to look thing. All right, I'm a mint. She's cute a little neo. Well, it's fine with the hot to a girl. Oh, you know that's not planned. Yeah,
[00:05:00] you know, this is not it. You know what that's about. That's not it. I immediately went to the comments to see what people said. First comment I saw somebody say, oh, yeah,
[00:05:08] shack was to see what's up with that. How do you say? shack, want to shack, want to know. You already know what that's about. You already know. And you know, looking at how tall he is and how short she is, he probably. She gets straight leg. I know.
[00:05:22] She had your belly. That's just, oh, wow. Hot to. She's getting paid. How much you think she got me? What? Trump paid 180. So what's hot to again? What would Trump pay for hot to? That's what I'm asking. That's the question. That's
[00:05:36] it a bit. Yeah, what would Trump pay for hot to? Because you know you're going to try and get trying pay for it. You think you think, uh, you're going to try and pay for it. You think the
[00:05:44] whiskey charged, uh, what's this thing? But anyway, he probably offered her something knowing him. He probably just offered it up front. No, they're ready for what we talk about now. All right, listen before we go into the class count in trouble, I want to make a, uh,
[00:06:03] honor of mention. The young guy, have you seen me keep it up with your Olympics? Yes. You see the 60. Oh, the guy you qualified for 200. Yes, I saw that. I'm proud of him because he tried to qualify for
[00:06:15] the single right, but he didn't make him in six, right, but he's 16. I can't wait to their Olympic star in four years. Ooh, it'll be, it'll be, it'll be pushing it for the goal. It'll be pushing
[00:06:28] for goal. What is even running? What particular, he tried out for the 200, 200 meters. He tried up for the 200 single, right? But he qualified for the 200. Well, when you, when you met the 200,
[00:06:38] you all, you get the relay. Okay. Okay. So he's going that. He could be a real response. Man, that's going to be, I wanted to mention that dude, right? I think his name is Quincy Sompter. There's, um, Sydney,
[00:06:49] McLaughlin. She ran the, uh, 400 hurdles. Yes. She was just playing around warming up and smoked it in the 200. Look, I know it would clap them real good. Wow. Wow. Shout out. That's good.
[00:07:02] All right. So look, I chose out on it. I have to fear. No, it's class clown in the truck. Class clown in your dog like this boy. This easy going to get it one more, but they're going
[00:07:11] to get a claim. Handclap for me. All right. Here we go. What do you call a 53 people? Sydney, tomorrow at TV watching the Super Bowl. Oh, man. Do you actually decide this is good, Miss? Dallas, California. What do you call a drug ring in Dallas? A bottle.
[00:07:27] I'm sorry, cowboy fans. Hey, this is bad. Hey, I personally know one of the cowboys, uh, running bags. That was caught up in that. Right. Right. No names, Mitch. Yeah, no names, but look,
[00:07:43] this is not a joke. But more of a hmm, I want to if Noah carried, I thought they, I thought you'd appreciate that. I wonder if Noah carried through the term, right? I thought you'd appreciate that one. Dude, that is, that is a genius question.
[00:08:08] I mean, think about it. Think about it. Let me tell you why I want to move back. Yeah. So yeah, the rest of the term I said, the guy. Right. He's the last two term I write. They get on a shield just woo. Right. They go survive.
[00:08:29] 12 for 40 days. So I'll make you want to, did they bring the term? They had to go the term I came later. No, Chad, it was two times I somewhere. Oh, maybe they had them walk down.
[00:08:41] It worked in a bowl or something. I don't know. That's a crazy question. I'm going to come back over there. Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. Oh, for sure. They should both
[00:08:52] be changed regularly and for the same reason. I like that now. You know what? I do. Let me say why I'm a cup of it. Because I think while politics is necessary, and it has its place, I think ultimately
[00:09:07] it's a cancer. I think it ruins the, but I think it ruins the purity of things. Right. Political agenda. Any kind? Oh yeah. Sports. Sports is more political. You forget that you're there to serve for one. You've got to do that to serve everyone. Right. Just your party.
[00:09:26] Political, political, you're there to roll your sleeves up and get something done. You got the politicians that go there to watch and DC every year. And you've got the poorest and the roughest crackhouses right around. Right. And you never go there to do anything and make a difference.
[00:09:43] That's crazy. And but you, but you want to, you know, do that at home from the sea. That came from that joke. Yeah. Crazy. All right. When we, this week, it was another boat for those. Yeah, right.
[00:09:54] Why I need to ask, ask this album. When women were asked if they would have sex with beer, 86% in DC, see it. Not again. Yeah. The girls bang with them. Talk about beer. Yeah.
[00:10:08] With a monochole whiskey. Yeah. I think she chose it. You think so? But if they're hot too. That hot too, we're coming to price. To, hey, do you think two or three of the lowest
[00:10:21] catching flag for the hot too? Yes. I posted something about that and a dolphin's fan, chimed in. Not knowing that that's what I was talking about. Do he got to be catching flag? Yeah.
[00:10:36] Ha, ha, ha, ha. Did you know that God is the North Carolina Tar Rio basketball fan? Why else did he paint the sky? Tar Rio blue. I love that. I love that joke. We did that. You did that. I love that
[00:10:50] joke. All right. All right. New segment. New segment. Oh, god, like this. He's trying to help y'all out. He's a help for you. He's a help for him. Don't eat yellow snow.
[00:11:15] Wait a minute. I'll try to tell y'all in the middle. Don't they make lemon snow comes? Don't eat yellow snow. Yeah, that's not that we yell. That's a good. That's a good help for him. Here's another segment.
[00:11:28] The edible eatable eats edible eatable eatable eatable eatable eatable eatable eatable eatable when we talk recipes, food snacks and things that eat chickpeas, chickpeas. I'm really into them now. Here's the question why doesn't the black community eat chickpeas?
[00:11:44] Okay. Have you ever eaten them before? Okay. Come up from a black man. Yeah. Explain to me what a chickpeas. You see? I just started eating them. I'm 54. When did you find out about them?
[00:12:00] When did you find a year ago? About a year ago. Okay. I was today years old. About a year ago. When I found out chickpeas, I heard a chickpeas are never papaya. They're so healthy.
[00:12:10] They taste good and black culture we black apes feel pears regular peas. Are they not good? They're not good. They're not good. Oh no, they're very good too. Okay. But what I'm saying is they're chickpeas also. Okay. Why are we not eating those?
[00:12:23] Oh my gosh. They're so good. So where did you get your from? Actually I'm getting them out of the can from public. Okay. I hand over brand but I drain them.
[00:12:33] Okay. You could put a nice stick skillet olive oil and then put poor men there with a garlic powder, salt pepper, chopped cilantro, little red onion, paprika. What do you go with? What do you get to a company?
[00:12:49] What chickpeas? What are you eating? Oh fish. Okay. Oh wow. Wow. That sounds good. It's also good in like cut, you know, cold with salads and stuff too. Okay. We got to put that in the mix. But you know what I do?
[00:13:00] I got it. You know what salad? I don't eat regular salads. I eat kale salad. I love kale. Chickpeas and kale. I'm going to do that. Yeah. You are like it. All right. I'm going to try
[00:13:11] like it. Okay. Shout out to the chickpeas. Shout out. I'm going to do something there. And you guys should be as warm as you go. Oh well. So my sports. Kyle is football. Kyle is football season dude. It said to begin. August the 27th,
[00:13:23] 40th after my birthday. Week zero. That's the first week because it's official week is this. It's the week of late. Most people start this season. If they have a week, they'll have a few
[00:13:34] games that first weekend of August 27th. So we got Alabama and I mean at Auburn. That's the first weekend. Right. And West, you can take a plan out of Alabama and Alabama. North Texas playing
[00:13:46] South Alabama. Dude, I want to go to some more South Alabama. We should. We should. Really. And we should really do a drop from a game. From a game. Like on and off to sport. Right. I don't have to feel
[00:13:58] right. Sports podcast and with a purpose at the time. We're going to have you that. Get ready. I'm ready. You ready. Yeah, I better get us now. You ready. You better you need to get us
[00:14:08] now because we are hot to mind it. But after why we're going to be a hot to mind it. You're not gonna be ready. I'm just saying you're feeling that's the thing. So who else we got? We got
[00:14:20] flaws and big matchups. We do. Florida versus Miami. That's a big one. Who's your college team? Miami. Miami. How they looking at the quarterback? We good. We got camo or he was he's a transfer from Washington State. Oh, you know what? I forgot. Yeah, he's good. He said
[00:14:36] you got any receivers? Oh man, we loaded. Miami is loaded. You'll be surprised. Miami will be a lot better than they've been in the last 20 years. They go better here at ACC. I think they can compete for the championship this year. Really? Oh yeah. They're tough. Well, really,
[00:14:51] Clancy is not really been formidable in the last couple of years. Dabo has refused to adapt to the transfer portal. So talent is catching up. It's showing too. Mm-hmm. So I like
[00:15:03] and I like Dabo and I like the talk. Shout out to Clancy. But I want to see how they go. Speaking of Clancy, they got George. They got us a big matchup right after the last decade. Yeah. And he's
[00:15:12] madder. Right? Doesn't matter. Head matters. Wow. Who you got? I got George. I mean, George, I'm gonna smoke on. You see, I think LSU will take them. LSU, Death Valley, Night Game. Who was the tough place to play? Who came behind the quarterback for USC? You know?
[00:15:31] I'm not sure. I'm not sure who's going to be the quarterback next year. Yeah. WMBA new. WMBA new. I didn't watch a lot of games. So last week we did a holiday at a
[00:15:41] week. Kyrie Gundersick. You know, she's dating Jayland Brown from the Celtics. I think I saw that. Wow. I didn't know that. Lucky Jayland. You. Huh? Lucky Jayland. Let's wear it. Let's do win the championship. And then he hit the
[00:15:57] holiday day. Oh, God. Shout out to him. Shout out to him. Can you say winning? Yes. And I grow age a reset to record last night for double doubles. And not the fact she got a war for the summer of the year. Book you to here.
[00:16:13] We're here. Yeah. She got it. She's good. And he's a really good user. She deserves it. Andrew Rees bald from the beginning. I mean, of course, you know, she's she had to play the villain not wanting to play the villain because everybody was, you know,
[00:16:26] in fact, we're the Caitlyn card. I got a question for you. Do you think Rees? Andrew Rees positioned was more important to her team than the position Caitlyn card play? I think they were equally, they were equally valuable. I don't think either team would have been worth
[00:16:45] a darn. And Rees and I asked that without either respective player on that team. Well, let me tell you why I asked him because they picked because they picked her as
[00:16:54] Rookie of the Year. That's what I'm saying. So they had to look at her body and work and say, you know what examined it and say, you know what she played a more integral part in some way,
[00:17:01] shapeful confession. I mean, he could have given the Caitlyn card and she could have said very well deserved. That's what he wanted. Either one. Either one. Come on. I like her game, man. I'm not like her. She can do. She's sharp. The way I
[00:17:16] I've been watching her lately is she passes the ball so well on the break. Yes. She sees the floor so well. Yes. I like watching her play. I give it a. I just I'll tell you on the phone. I think
[00:17:26] the media dampens our view of exactly they dampen off your right and that's the media's far. That's right. Right. That's right. Go. Now up. Oh, the Tennessee volunteer. They want to see W they best about baseball baseball championship. But Florida Paltz is one in the
[00:17:44] NHS then they come. Let's take one at a time. Volunteers want to see W they baseball championship. Did you watch? No, I didn't. I didn't. I'm not a huge big star for you.
[00:17:52] I'm not either. It's like watching grass grow. I paint dry. I like watching the Yankees play. I watch when they play the Boston when the Yankees and Boston play. Yeah. Because they are rivals.
[00:18:04] I like watching the Yankees play and I'm flipping to few innings or something. I mean, watch it. But I didn't watch the I didn't watch championship. But shut out to the volunteer. Shout out to them. What about the energy? I didn't watch a couple of games there. How
[00:18:18] cost him how. Yeah. Yeah. And then, of course, they were, you know, it's interesting that you have a Florida team beating a Canadian team and hockey. If you think about a Canadian hockey is a Canadian sport. It sure is. But a Florida team. Yeah. South Florida team at
[00:18:35] that. Wow. I was watching first take with us, or Steven A and they were having the head of hockey, guess on that for like two more in straight. Black guy. Black guy. Yeah. That was hockey.
[00:18:48] So what I'm saying, we think you play for Nashville. Dude, that's I liked it. Right. And he gave us analysis. Right. On it dude, like you could tell he's in the in the playbook. He know what
[00:18:58] he's talking about. Right. His strategy. So yeah, shout out to him. Go off. Now another sport. Do you play golf? I only own Xbox. Have you ever played? Put put golf.
[00:19:10] But, but yes, it's I used to be the same way. And I don't play and I don't play enough now. But I took lessons years ago. I actually just play some talk about a Zayah city golf course in
[00:19:22] Mobile. You can call an as for Chris 202. 5128 5150 and you can get lessons there. I took it with Lawrence Arir, but he's retired. But it it opens up so many doors to you. I heard it was a
[00:19:41] stress reliever. Very much so. It's different. It's like you can just different levels too. You don't necessarily have to play serious with the score. And you know, you can actually just relax. There's a lot of social component to it. I see the average guy that get like a
[00:19:58] kid, a cooler beer, drag it around with the car and roll. They got the cart girls. They ride around with snacks and drinks. By the time you get to the 18th home, brother, then you go to the 19th home.
[00:20:11] That's the way. That's where you get crunk. Wow. That's really. Yeah, the 19th home. That's the boy. That's the boy. All right. All right. So look, shout out to them. They're at a Zayah city golf course,
[00:20:25] man. Yeah. Yeah. No, they're like job. They do a good job. If you're interested, if you're listening, if you've never done anything like this before, it's worth taking a few lessons. All right. New segment.
[00:20:36] New segment like coach. Any truth to this quote? Trust us. See if there's an ability to this. The person you would be in five years depends largely on the book she read, the people you spend
[00:20:49] time with. The habits you adopt, the food you eat and the conversations you engage in. August 1st. I want you to your life coat. I 100% agree with every last one of these. Definitely the time span, everything. I agree with everything. And I'm going to tell you why.
[00:21:11] One, because I live 55 years. And I see exactly what you talk about. Right. Time has a way of teaching you better than anything. Absolutely. I agree with every one of these. And that is a really,
[00:21:26] really heavy statement. Definitely. Even onto the food you eat. Absolutely. Definitely. You can tell you can tell about someone, about how they eat. What did you get this quote from? I can't remember.
[00:21:41] I've been searching all over man ever since we've been doing this. I'm going to give it's buyer but I see. I'm going to bring this up on Facebook. I'm going to support our conversation.
[00:21:50] Yeah. I'm going to say that is good. That's what you're going to do. I told you I'll use the jar of podcasts. The on and off the field book club. Listen, book of the week count down by
[00:22:05] James Patterson. So you already told me that you like these old big fan that is new. He's good. And this is another special book too. This was the reason why I like it. What's the premise of it?
[00:22:19] It's about a CIA military operative who gets cut off from the US-based, basically left hanging. And she's trying to prevent another 9-11 happening here. Really? And her family lives at the in the place where this is going to take place. And the name and this is countdown.
[00:22:40] Wow. Yeah. The date, have they or will they make this out of the movie? They stay probably well. I can see it. It's really good. It's one of those books where you're reading and you're like,
[00:22:52] ooh, ooh, you know, you want to get into it more. You want to pay it turn the pages. So she's cut off by the military. Right. Is that something she went rogue? Not by her choice.
[00:23:03] And I don't want to. It's a misunderstanding. I don't want to give it a go. Wow. Yeah. So I've seen the reason I'm going to tell you why this excites me because I've seen
[00:23:13] other movies based on that same premise, if I could. You know what I mean? Kind of in that same area. You know, you can kind of get the same story like that. Yeah. But that's it reminds me of a show.
[00:23:27] It's good. Mary's nerd nugget fun fact. I love it. I love it. James Patterson is written more than two hundred novels since 1976. He's more than 114 New York Times best selling novels and holds
[00:23:44] the New York Times record for the number one time best sellers by single author 67, which is also a Guinness Book World record. Wow. These James Patterson man. That's a lot. That's a lot. I want to
[00:23:56] bring up something. Yeah. You know, I always take some about the Bible. He is a fun fact. Okay. I saw the Bible. John who's in the puzzle wrote the book of John. Yeah. He stated at the end of it.
[00:24:12] He said that Jesus did so many miracles between when he was born into 33 years. He said that if they wrote all of them down, that that wouldn't be enough books in the world that can hold
[00:24:27] the miracles that he did in 33 years. So he said that wouldn't I can show to you. He said if they recorded every miracle Jesus did, there's not enough books to record the miracles. That's one of the downsides of Jesus not being in this technology. Do.
[00:24:47] Camera phone cameras by magic. It says that. It's not and it made me think about that when you gave me the histotistics and James Patterson. And that's he be smoke, but Jesus he wouldn't be
[00:25:02] enough books. It's a what not be enough books to hold whatever they need. I just want to bring me up to you. He'd be the number one best selling what in the Mediterranean times. Thanks. Thanks. John to Jesus. Look. Quarter today. New segment. I love him man. Right?
[00:25:22] This episode we have two. Okay. The key to life is the first one. The key to life is to be resilient to the point of discomfort, to be resilient to discomfort, to be resilient to
[00:25:37] discomfort. Let me read it again. So the key to life is to be resilient to discomfort. Okay. I got you. Resilient means not quitting means unwavering. I'm wavering. Troid because you know something I like. Life is going to be uncomfortable at some point throughout the day at
[00:25:55] some point throughout the week. I like that. The key is to be able to handle it. I'd be resilient to discomfort. I'm putting, where you get this from? I got some about that you're going to use that
[00:26:08] anything, huh? Yes. What? You like that? So look, here's the other one. Here's that one. That one's five. Here's the other one. Don't let your commitment to the past be greater than your commitment
[00:26:20] to the future. I like that. I like that. That's five you too. Shout out to both of them, course. So don't let your commitment to the past be greater than your commitment to the future. What do
[00:26:30] you say it about that? Well, I mean, you know, people get caught up and thinking about the past, especially mistakes. Yeah, mistakes. What else? What is regrets? regrets? And they're crazy. We could meet at time to mistake. Past mistakes, past regrets for filling the time. Yeah,
[00:26:49] instead of what you should be focusing on the future. Do you all listen to how you are listening to this life code? Listen, listen people. It's a real life code. I don't care
[00:27:01] where you are right now. If you drive and I want you to commit that to memory, the key to life is to be first resilient to discomfort. I mean, don't quit. Stay 10 toes. Put that in your
[00:27:11] memory. Then the next one. Don't let your commitment to the past. Whatever it be mistakes, questions, whatever resentment for games, whatever it is. Don't let them be greater than your commitment
[00:27:21] to the future. I like I like both of them. Shout out to them. That was fire right now. Never segment chess. I love chess. Chiss. So check it out. So no one continuously wins at chess.
[00:27:34] But only moving forward. Sometimes you gotta move backwards and to put yourself in position and win. And this is the metaphor for life. That back can be a step in the right direction. Don't think like a pawn though. You can't think like a pawn though. Right,
[00:27:51] because pawns don't move backwards. Ponds move forward. You've got to think like a power piece. You have to think like a power piece. Well, I'm still an audience. You'll feel your pockets get raw. You're telling them about my pockets. I'm about to get it in my pocket.
[00:28:10] Look, look. Don't put anybody at the last game. He beat me. He beat me. Look now. I got a game as proof. I want to show. Since he's good. He got. He's my chess since. So just so you know, shout out to John.
[00:28:28] Tank Taylor. I'm sorry. I want to play. But I want to play for him. I'm showing you out. Listen, he worked. Coach. Here's the thing. He hit me in my DM and never tell you why
[00:28:41] he did it because the last time coach put it on him we put we put them on blasts. Right. We did. I pull this different thing. He's pushing. Show there. You should do. You went out. So now he
[00:28:50] put the yeah, he beat the hell out. You're from what I was told and because he hit me on my DM. So I agree with him. I told him that's okay. John. I said, I'm a shout out on the show.
[00:29:00] We're going to get coached the business. You know, so we're going to get my want want. Cause get a want walk. Cause got a want walk. I don't want one for that one. So did he beat you back?
[00:29:09] He beat me pretty bad. Let me ask you this. And I'm going to give you a chance to say this. Because I hate what people say. I'm going to give you a chance to say it. Did you beat yourself?
[00:29:17] There was E. Well, it's it's a dude that he brought me to. He beat me and won't get you beat. And I mean some terrible decisions. So I mean it goes hand in hand.
[00:29:29] Overall they all played you. Yeah, he did. It's flat out. Yeah, he all played me. He beat me. He beat me. Wow. He's good. I mean he's a 25 years longer than me.
[00:29:42] Yeah, I should see his face. He also see coaches face. Hey, look, I have no shame losing them because he's been playing for 25 to 30 years longer than that. That says it out.
[00:29:53] Exactly you coach. You're right. I mean yeah. You're right. I would be big. I can only get better. Right. Now I can only get and I've gotten a lot better. I understand the game a lot better than I do. I just make stupid stupid little
[00:30:06] decisions and they cost me in the game. I leave pieces hanging stuff. But you run away to beat dogs, though. Yeah, early early young. Yeah, yeah. We're on a martini lifestyle segment who makes your favorite drink the best?
[00:30:28] Let me go for it. Yes. I'm gonna say the Turkish tavern bartender. Which what is the drink? It's the great goose martini to all of straight up. Okay, again at the
[00:30:42] site is the place called the tavern. Okay, but I call it the Turkish tavern because he's from Turkey. Okay, we're part of Turkey easy from I've been to Turkey. I don't know what I've been to. It is
[00:30:52] me Turkey. Yeah, I've been to Israel. It is crazy. I'm not sure. Yeah, it's crazy. We love two people over there. Really? Yes, because they took a piece and the dump on a statue. They want to eat it's both the touch.
[00:31:04] It's called Adeterk. It's a statue in Turkey. His name is Adeterk. He was a hero. famous hero in Turkey. He's been Turkey. He was famous for supplied the poor with money food and like, you know, already stuff. And they put a statue of him. He's on the horse.
[00:31:20] Had a big head on, had a general type suit on. It's a famous Adeterk. Right there to play. It's a sign at the bottom of it that says, do not touch. It's statue. Don't go too. You could take a
[00:31:32] picture from it, but we don't. Right. So they tell us let's say the port brief. I'm going to shoot this before we put it in this man. They may have a turk and he worship him.
[00:31:40] He died. He was a superhero to them. He got a statue downtown in the square. If you're going to go take a picture, that's cool, but don't touch it. Don't cross the line. Not only do these two guys from the squadron, they're not just just continuity squadron.
[00:31:53] So they own temporary for the school. Right. Not only do they cross the line, but they climb up on the statue. Take a piss. They then put their pants down and defy Kate on the statue. Both of them. Wait a minute, wait a minute. They got drunk.
[00:32:09] These officers, military? No, they were, they were, I say squadron. I worked on the flag day so they worked with the F-A-T. So they were part of the F-A-T squadron. Okay. So they might be a few years or assistants, whatever they worked on the flag day.
[00:32:22] They go piss. They climb up on the statue. P piss today arrest them. We left them. They had to, they got, oh well. We left them. They're American, are they still over there? Whatever the American MC had to do or try to do to give them. That was,
[00:32:35] see that's what happens. When it's like that, American MC takes over. We left them. They had to go to turkishquist. They stupid. They give you a year and a day in Turkish prison. But they never tell you when they, they, we left those dudes.
[00:32:51] They should have got a year in the day. They maybe still over there. That's stupid. Why would you do that? Turkish prison. I just, these days, these, I got these stories. They true, yeah. I got receipts to show it.
[00:33:04] I was in the military. That's what I'm done. So who makes my favorite watching? I want to get past this, our favorite drink. I like, um, there's this, um, uh, blue,
[00:33:14] like a blue as a blue. They make it down at the, at the, at the, um, rural Garvey. Kind of like that. But they make it down at, uh, scab you. Okay. So scab you.
[00:33:24] I'm sure that scab you long. I know I was calling me. But if I get a drink, that's why. If I get a drink. Okay. So I like that. Yeah. But if I had to pick my favorite person to make my
[00:33:33] drink is me. Because I make this real quick. I may do like some, uh, vodka, vodka, chilled vodka, ice, cut up watermelon slices, chunks. Okay. Put it in hit with like a, um,
[00:33:46] a little, uh, chaser, a little soda. Like little spike, just a little spike and stir it up again. And I let the watermelon. Do you ever use a mint? Like chop mint?
[00:33:59] I, you know what? I've had a drink like that at, at, um, um, the place over an apple boulevard on a service road. I had a drink like that with the mint. Uh-huh. Oh, and I took it and big the mint.
[00:34:11] You get go to public city, they sell them in a little. The fresh mint. There's a little public, uh, get to little public. That's, you know, our phones are ringing up. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm not working. I'm at work. Yeah, I'm at work. Yeah.
[00:34:25] So yeah, I'm at work. Get some, I get a sponsor when you get a real studio. I'm a good one. Come on, come on. We cross and over. That's all. We see, we see that they work.
[00:34:35] All right. Go to moment. You're the moment man. Wait, no, no, no, no. Yo, the moment. Okay. It just occurred to me that many people are actually afraid to heal because of their entire identity is centered around the trauma they've experienced. Okay.
[00:34:57] They have no idea who they are outside of trauma, okay? And that unknown can be terrifying. How do we deal with any trauma we have experienced through the scriptures?
[00:35:10] All right. The way you deal with trauma in the scriptures is, uh, and let me say this. Let me, let me say this. First of all, it's traumatic up here in the mind. Yep. Just right there in the heart,
[00:35:28] dry. We didn't download it. Right? So to take it, to deal with the trauma, it's a bad thought and it's an imagination too because what we do with trauma, we actually visualize and it becomes an imagery. Correct. So the Bible says we're supposed to do with
[00:35:46] imaginations is that we take captive. So we take captive every thought and imagination that tries to make itself bigger than what we know about God and say we take those thoughts captive and we bring them to Jesus and say, hey, I don't want these thoughts.
[00:36:07] And he says if you bring me those, I'll give you good thoughts. So he says, what so ever was pure? What so ever is lovely? What so ever of good rapport, right? He said meditate on these things.
[00:36:20] Right. And then the peace of God would surpass the law of understanding that a God should harden your mind. So that's how we deal with that's how we're supposed to deal with trauma. Now
[00:36:27] do we? No. It's tough. Yeah, that's tough. But after trying it your way when you get tired of trying it, you know where you be, we tend to be open to right. You need to do it. It's the right way. After
[00:36:39] you, you know, right way to wait God. I don't want to try my way. Exactly. So yeah, that's how we deal with trauma. You're the woman. All right. What do you walk around with that man? Yeah, what? No, come on, yeah! Yeah, I'm a chair, yeah.
[00:37:10] I'm a chair. I'm a little afraid. Let him play out, man. Let him play out, right? He's low, man. He's not crazy. Yeah, that's the older man. Y'all are music. Hey, this is still going. We gotta do the younger his first. No! No! Ha-ha-ha! No! He's here!
[00:37:40] I'm not a bitch! This is okay. Even the younger mom again, finally, dude. I would do the eyes, right? I like this. Travel to the eyes. All right. The scrub and neat or cool little small town. Oh, man, that's cool. Let's, or a neat little small town.
[00:38:07] Listen, I got one. Okay. It is evergreen Colorado. It's not Denver. I thought you could say evergreen. How about the mountain? No, no, no, no. Evergreen Colorado. No, okay, right outside of Denver. Oh, my. In the mountains, right? Yes.
[00:38:31] But what's good about it is what makes it so small and great and so interesting is that in the small little town that is compact but it's got everything. It's even got where you, where you drive through a mountain. They made a tunnel. Through the mountain.
[00:38:49] Through the mountain. Right. Right, the rockies. You're in the rockies. It's amazing. Yes. And they got casinos. That in this area, this whole little evergreen area do I promise you it's nice. Oh, it's like 7,000 feet above sea level now.
[00:39:08] So we were constantly at 7,500 feet just walking around trying to catch our breath. But the fun. Dude, I went in there and the first time I didn't realize that it was like that.
[00:39:22] So I go in and we had been kind of, you know, we had been kind of with the daisies, you know, and has some flowers. So I didn't, I'm going to say us, we didn't know that it was a struggle breathing. Nobody told us that.
[00:39:37] So when we get there, we unload the bags. I immediately go, I want to go take a shower. But after, you know, after we got some flowers. So when I'm in there and everybody else in the front. I'm moving. So I can't breathe. Yeah, you, yeah.
[00:39:55] I started, I thought it was like how I came a lot of you while I was in the city. And since he stayed, he might have to shower with the needs of the mask. I came in. I might have to shower and almost show them my birthday suit.
[00:40:08] You needed to oxygen to do. Dude. Yeah, so that's how we found out. Oh my God. Yes. So I thought that was interesting. What about you? Cool. Bar Harbor main. Bar Harbor main. So you went to college there, man? I went to university, man.
[00:40:23] I went to university, man. Bar Harbor was about 45 minutes. So how did you discover that? Went down with some friends. Why you with a man? Yes. It was right there. It's on the water. It's right on the Atlantic. Maybe as you did.
[00:40:38] So how's the, they're big enough of fish lobster? Lobster. Lobster. That lobster was so good. Clam charter. Like our gumbo, their clam charters. I think I would eat clam charters. You would like it. It's not like anything you have here. So I'm thinking about trying to...
[00:40:59] Something to really. Yeah. seafood stew. What's in there? Bro. What's in there? seafood stew? Man, I'm telling you, bro. What? I don't like gumbo. So you tell me... They don't do gumbo up there. But you tell me they have a dish called seafood stew. seafood stew?
[00:41:20] I'm Googling that. Googling it. Oh yeah. By the way, Coke makes some good gumbo. Really really good gumbo. He made me a whole pot. What? Well, he made me a whole pot. Yeah. So shout out to Coach. I hooked up. He made that good.
[00:41:35] He makes some good gumbo. We had it last time. It was a health nutrition fitness. But we're just going to rename it. It's going to be called our health as wealth. Which is what we talked about. Okay. So discuss your ad workout. Okay.
[00:41:52] What we do on Tuesdays in Thursdays. We call them. Ad, ab, Tuesdays in Thursdays. Shout out to Wabby of fitness. I see it. Wabby of you by yours, too. Mr. Wabby. I'm a celebrity. I'm a celebrity every day. We end a beard. So look.
[00:42:04] So what we do is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We go Facebook Live at starting at 545 to 630. The reason I started at 545 is so we can stretch from 545 to 6 AM because Coach like Coach and Tim, you need to stretch. Bigger. Right. So we stretch.
[00:42:22] So we stretch it warmed up and they'll sew from 6 to 630. We do our ab hit workout. High intensity training workout. So we do planks. We do flood of kicks. We do wrestling twists. Stuff like that. So everything abs. So I do that on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
[00:42:39] You know, the other days I'm on that rack. Right. Right. Push ups. Hit. You get it in. Pull ups. Push ups. Yeah. Good deal. Good. So diabetes. You know, I have type 2 diabetes. Okay. And four years ago, I was like, I'm getting off with this medication. Okay.
[00:43:02] So if I'm going to take medication every day, I might as well try and exercise every day. Gotcha. So start to exercise during it. Right. And then you kind of motivate me even further. Wow. But changing my diet and changing the exercise regimen.
[00:43:18] I haven't had to take medication for four years. You know what, what I think is good and what I think is beautiful. Like how we're friends. But we're friends with benefits. Yeah. People add that add value to you. There you go. That's the beautiful thing of friendship.
[00:43:35] There are so many people take away from doing the course of a day. And then when they come to rob you, they're taking it. They only come to rob you. Yes. Some people, some people come and they don't add anything.
[00:43:46] No do they take away is because they don't know yet what value they have. Right. So there are some people that do that. They kind of like, I don't know friends. You can kind of deal with them.
[00:43:56] But like, like, and I said that to say this, when you brought up the whole health and stuff, you put it into the club. And then it was like, you know, you know, you took two diabetes that was like, blow for you. Right. You know.
[00:44:07] And then for me to be the inspiration for you to start working out. You are already inspired. You're working. But for me to come along. Just as your friend, not even realize, hey hey hey, you know what I'm working out. But I do push-ups.
[00:44:18] I do this and you're like, oh really? Then you started seeing the results. I started doing push-ups. It was just like I said with that challenge. All I did, you said, you do push-ups. Doing, and sit-ups doing the commercials. Right. And so I started doing that.
[00:44:33] I was like, because I would just sit there, you know what? I'm saying, you know what? I can't get my fat ass all the cows. And then we do stuff that you know? Right. So I went and I started doing it.
[00:44:44] And that's what kind of just like, okay, I'm going to do this. So you're doing what I'm doing. So you're no longer taking diabetes medicine. No, it's been four years. And that came. My doctor's like, what happened? What's going on? What are you doing?
[00:44:59] I don't need you anymore, sir. So you changed your workout. Well, you started working out and you changed your diet. And my diet. What did you change about your diet? You got to take it a self-assessment of what you're eating.
[00:45:11] You know, look at your lifestyle and what you're eating. I ate a lot of sweets. I had a lot of carbs, a lot of posters, white bread. Okay. You know, just, it was a plethora of things that I was eating. Wow.
[00:45:29] And no extra end, not a lot of exercise and it's just kind of the two added up. But the exercise is the two exercise plus the eating better added up to better. And drinking, I was drinking beer. Yeah. Okay. Gotcha. All right. Shout out to you on that.
[00:45:44] That's the system of care. All right. We got some good news. Take website, lunch. Yeah. We've got a website now. Oh, oh. WWW. Oh, and off the field, part, uh, only not to feel that come. WWW. On and off the field.com. I'm going to say that again.
[00:46:03] WWW. On and off the field. And it's D-D-A-D-A. Off-D-A. V-L-V-A. Don't get it. Don't get it. So I'm excited about that. Yeah. We went on and I saw it. We're lying. I love it, man. It's going to be constantly updated. So working progress.
[00:46:21] Uh, for what you tell me on the phone other day, we got a lot of feedbacks on our show. I'm like, like I said, I mentioned the truck drivers. Right? Shout out to Gation. Yeah. Yeah. We're about to get it. We're about. And, uh, taking the lead. Right.
[00:46:37] So from what I understand, it was the truck driver got it in his hands and he and so on and so for other truck drivers. Truck drivers, uh, people listening to us and Brooklyn. We're all over. That's me. Hey, we're all over brother. I love it.
[00:46:52] It's new segment. Relationships. Well, uh, well. I'm saying so now. Let's spend the block back again. We talked about those last week. Time energy and money. So this is what I'm going to say. Your partner or spouse should bring value to your time energy and money. Okay.
[00:47:13] You're going to, you're going to, you're going to, you're going to, you're going to, you're going to spend it and spend it in, in one way or the other. But if you're going to do it, you should have someone that gives value to you. Okay. What's your spending?
[00:47:25] Okay. I like that. God, I like that. You, I, God, I like that. Time energy and money. So they should add to all three of those or benefit in those areas. Right. That value to your life. Right.
[00:47:39] Your spending, because you're spending your time energy and money with your partner or spouse. Wow. That's heavy. Yeah. And I'm telling you why I'm quiet, because I'm pondering it because it's so much you could say about that. I said this to other day.
[00:47:54] Let me say this and I'm going to get out of bounds with it, still in the same vein. All of those things you just named are very valuable. All right. So that pertains to me. So that, that adds value. That means I'm valuable. Right. Right. Sure.
[00:48:09] So I would not want to be around somebody that treated my time, my income. My time, my energy and my money. Like it wasn't time energy and money. Right. Does it make sense? Sure. You know how someone can have a non-shadow, I don't give a damn attitude. Right.
[00:48:25] Real easy. I don't like that. I don't like people who like that. You know what I mean? Especially when I try to enhance you. Right. And the more I try to enhance you, the more you borrow up and like, Rebell. You see the same.
[00:48:39] I remove myself from you. Because I'm valuable. Right. I'm not trying to be big-headed, but I'm valuable. Well, some measuring. You can measure it. You really can't. That's that heavy saying. I'm going to ask you. Yeah. You can take it. You're going to have me.
[00:48:58] You're going to give me content for my show. For real. Up to my is begin Nadios. New segment. Oh, this is sex doctor. The sex doctor. They ain't put, I gotta get out of the shower. You said it. That looks. The importance of foreplay. Do.
[00:49:18] Let me say this. Forplay for me. Let me run this down a yard. Listen to me. On your mark, you said, Get set. Go. Forplay for me starts before you even get to the house. Forplay for me starts when you check hit the bank.
[00:49:34] And then you pay your bills. You're grown up and wives with your bills. You take care of your business. You can still have your whole three p.s. You can have a blow zone up to your neck. But if you pay in bills, you sex. If you're responsible.
[00:49:47] That's forplay. You mess it with me. You're following me all over by going to take the care of business. You know what I'm playing here? When you when that when the woman takes care of what she's
[00:49:58] supposed to take care of and the man takes care of what he's supposed to take care. That's forplay like hell, right? You're funny. Me now. You do what women good at. Right? You're funny now. You got me ready to go. And I see a guy my clothes on.
[00:50:14] Not about the time I get home. And I see you being in debt with women good at. Right. I get even more home. Come on. Oh, my goodness. Not only your family. So the four place thoughts with me. I'm not done yet.
[00:50:26] The deal with the game once you once you do that and you taking care of business and the houses in order. Amen. I help clean up. I don't mind. I don't mind. The house is in order and we both do our roles right? I'm really turned on.
[00:50:39] I ain't got back to the bedroom yet. Now, if I tell me start kissing the robber, that's to physical forplay. I'm ready. Right. Right. Are you saying that? Right. So that's forplay for me. Okay. Pain bills is sexy. That turns me on. It allows me. It allows me.
[00:50:57] It allows me. It does. But I'm paying bills. But unpaid bills, not all the blood is up to my chest. So if the blood is at my chest, get away tonight. Right. It ain't all over the way, K-4, to sell. It ain't all over the middle of me.
[00:51:19] It ain't all over the way. It ain't all over the way. See, because your folks are also, so hopefully they go in and in. So they ask you a question. Yeah. That's my rant on 4 play. Oh good. What about you?
[00:51:33] I'm a lead, yo. I think we just need to give George. I gave it enough of both of us. Do you agree? Yes. No, seriously, though. There's not no turn you on as a man. As a man, you want someone to be sexy. Right.
[00:51:48] But sexy is not necessarily in how you look. No. It's how you carry yourself. Right. The things that you do. You add it to the way that you move, the way the business that you take care of. Yes. You know, how you stand, how you can converse it.
[00:52:01] Right. How you respond, yo. All those things. How you moving wisdom. Right. Vulture. See what's there? All that stuff mounted to me. It do. Let me tell you something. Why are we on this subject? A little stuff turned me on.
[00:52:17] I want to hear the two of you go to the truth. Alright. Listen. If a woman got on footies, I go crazy. For footies. Yes. Just put this. And don't let her out the ball on the back. You know, I have a ball on the ankle ball.
[00:52:39] You know, I had a ball on the back. You know, I had a ball on the back. You know, when it's. I don't know where it is. But it's, you gotta. I got a footy face. I'm telling you it's something about. I'm like, footies. Yeah. Seriously. That's it.
[00:53:08] She got them. They could be two different colors. It could be a ray of an and a balloon. It could be a wife and a pink. But they just put this. You say it's on the ankle. And then the ankle not thick thick.
[00:53:19] But they just, you know, nice size. You know what I'm saying? But put this. I go. Whoo. That's the full thing. It was a little bit. No, it was a little bit. No, it was like the real, the fat one. Yeah. We had some foot flutes. Oh, no.
[00:53:35] You can do that. You. You put a foot on her foot. It would be like put on a rub. That's how I take the sock of your foot. Do you know how tight it is to stay in here? Going here. I had to bring it.
[00:53:50] But that's something that tells me what's something that's. I thought that those stuff like, I want to make it. I take what the opposite is for me is tears. Like if I saw you had no footies and it was torn. I saw a hole. That's a turn.
[00:54:04] All the time. It's your turn. It turns me off. Because if you have like, she got raises on her panties in their torn. Man, that is that turn. Oh. It's a turn off. Rip the pain. Rip. Just any, you know, just a little flaw.
[00:54:17] Like that's a turn off. It's like what if a three a loose on the thumb? I'll have to piss off how big the thread is. It'll look like a tampon through. Oh, no. It's like a little thread. It's different. Hahaha. Alright. Alright. Foto draws. We're all set.
[00:54:38] There we go. Yeah. Shout out. Yeah. All right. Uh, uh, you got this from. Pet peeves. Dude, we got some pet peeves. We got some. We brought this for now too. When you behind someone in the grocery line that doesn't know how to operate their
[00:54:57] debit or credit card, I mean, how hard is it to pay for your grocery? It's frustrating when you get behind somebody like that. Right? It is. And I've told you on the phone like how pissed he gets. Yeah.
[00:55:13] And then then then I start complaining and then then the law of the tap on the shoulders. You know, they owe the song. You know, you can't get mad at somebody. You can't get mad. But it's just the generation that did not take that. And I take that.
