[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_06]: Why do you think Flavor Flayed?
[00:00:04] [SPEAKER_06]: When I saw this, I immediately started laughing.
[00:00:09] [SPEAKER_06]: Why do you think Flavor Flayed sponsors the US Women's Water Polo Team?
[00:00:14] [SPEAKER_06]: I want you to tell me what you told me off camera.
[00:00:16] [SPEAKER_09]: I think he was a dirty old man watching the event on television
[00:00:20] [SPEAKER_09]: and saw them asses glistening in the water and it was like wow.
[00:00:26] [SPEAKER_09]: And then he saw an article where they were struggling for financial support
[00:00:32] [SPEAKER_09]: having to work job, odd odd jobs and training.
[00:00:35] [SPEAKER_09]: And I think that's why he got involved.
[00:00:37] [SPEAKER_09]: But initially I think it was from a sexy point of view.
[00:00:40] [SPEAKER_06]: You think he had an underlying motive?
[00:00:42] [SPEAKER_06]: I think that's one of the sexiest sports in the Olympics.
[00:00:45] [SPEAKER_06]: The Women's Water Polo.
[00:00:48] [SPEAKER_06]: I never really pay attention to them and they really got to be in shape really
[00:00:50] [SPEAKER_06]: if you think about it.
[00:00:51] [SPEAKER_06]: They working out in the water.
[00:00:54] [SPEAKER_09]: Muscles, cardio, everything natural.
[00:00:59] [SPEAKER_09]: They're constantly swimming back and forth
[00:01:01] [SPEAKER_09]: and then when you're not swimming just to wade in the water is exercise underneath.
[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Absolutely.
[00:01:08] [SPEAKER_06]: I mean it's constant movement.
[00:01:09] [SPEAKER_06]: You're getting everything.
[00:01:10] [SPEAKER_06]: Cardio, you're getting like you said the muscles, you're getting that.
[00:01:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Dude so I think he's doing it.
[00:01:16] [SPEAKER_06]: Listen, I didn't even know that he sponsored them.
[00:01:18] [SPEAKER_06]: What's embarrassing is that...
[00:01:22] [SPEAKER_06]: You don't even go there.
[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_09]: Flavor Flav should not have to spend his personal money
[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_09]: on the United States Olympic.
[00:01:29] [SPEAKER_09]: That's crazy.
[00:01:29] [SPEAKER_09]: I'm sorry.
[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_09]: There's too much money that we give away every month to foreign countries
[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_09]: that we should be putting in our own.
[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_09]: That's right there.
[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Charity started at home.
[00:01:39] [SPEAKER_06]: Gosh.
[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_06]: And spread the broad.
[00:01:41] [SPEAKER_09]: How embarrassing is that?
[00:01:43] [SPEAKER_06]: Come on United States, come on Olympic Committee.
[00:01:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes, do better than that.
[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_06]: Somebody sponsors.
[00:01:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
[00:01:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Jeez Louise.
[00:01:51] [SPEAKER_06]: We're sponsoring other stuff that's insignificant.
[00:01:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Instead of sponsoring our own.
[00:01:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, the season to Apple dude.
[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_09]: Season to Apple man.
[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_09]: Ah.
[00:02:00] [SPEAKER_09]: Listen dude.
[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_09]: Alright this is another Mixpot episode.
[00:02:05] [SPEAKER_09]: We want to thank our supporters.
[00:02:07] [SPEAKER_09]: This Mixpot episode is a compilation of some of the best moments

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_06]: So look, Class Count, Second.
[00:02:24] [SPEAKER_06]: Class Count, let's laugh.
[00:02:25] [SPEAKER_06]: You don't always think.
[00:02:26] [SPEAKER_06]: I love all the segments y'all.
[00:02:28] [SPEAKER_06]: And listen, he'll send an email to me.
[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_06]: I'll browse over it but I try not to read the class count
[00:02:34] [SPEAKER_06]: to see what Joe, because I don't want to get myself ready for.
[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_06]: But I guarantee you one of two things I know.
[00:02:39] [SPEAKER_06]: One I'm going to be about a Dallas cowboy
[00:02:41] [SPEAKER_06]: and the other one going to be about a Seattle Seahawks.
[00:02:43] [SPEAKER_06]: And we're going to start off with them.
[00:02:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Did you hear that Dak Prescott's chronic choking
[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_06]: is covered by Obama Cal?
[00:02:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[00:02:54] [SPEAKER_09]: That's a good one.
[00:02:56] [SPEAKER_09]: The whole franchise.
[00:02:57] [SPEAKER_09]: The whole franchise.
[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_09]: What's the difference between a Seahawks and a dollar?
[00:03:01] [SPEAKER_09]: What's the difference?
[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_09]: You can get four quarters out of a dollar.
[00:03:06] [SPEAKER_06]: That's good, that's good.
[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_06]: I give you that.
[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_06]: I was standing on the mound
[00:03:10] [SPEAKER_06]: when my pants turned brown.
[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_06]: Diorilla, plop plop, Diorilla.
[00:03:17] [SPEAKER_09]: I was sitting on the bench
[00:03:19] [SPEAKER_07]: and my butt started shaking twice.
[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_07]: Diorilla, plop plop, Diorilla.
[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_07]: When you're at the Dollar Tree
[00:03:26] [SPEAKER_07]: and your butt begins to pee, Diorilla, plop plop, Diorilla.
[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_09]: When you're feeling number two
[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_09]: and it comes out like chocolate stew, Diorilla, plop plop, Diorilla.
[00:03:42] [SPEAKER_09]: So before we call, before we call,
[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_09]: we want to do a, we're going to start off with a Yoda moment.
[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_06]: We got to do listening.
[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to tell you something.
[00:03:50] [SPEAKER_06]: This, this is what we,
[00:03:51] [SPEAKER_06]: I want to give y'all the real deal Yoda moment.
[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_06]: So listen.
[00:03:58] [SPEAKER_08]: All right, the right Yoda moment.
[00:04:14] [SPEAKER_08]: Yoda! Yoda!
[00:04:16] [SPEAKER_06]: All right, let's go here, man.
[00:04:18] [SPEAKER_06]: Listen again, let me preface this by saying
[00:04:21] [SPEAKER_06]: we never practice the Yoda moment.
[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_06]: It is not pre, it's not pre-recorded.
[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_06]: We haven't spoken about it.
[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_06]: Right coach?
[00:04:29] [SPEAKER_09]: That's right, that's right.
[00:04:30] [SPEAKER_09]: All right, let's go.
[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_09]: Discuss a specific story or passage in the Bible
[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_09]: that has personal meaning to you.
[00:04:43] [SPEAKER_06]: Discuss a personal passage,
[00:04:45] [SPEAKER_06]: a passage in the Bible that has personal meaning to me.
[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_06]: I would say the Bible says that
[00:04:54] [SPEAKER_06]: it introduces David as a man after God's own heart.
[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_06]: That passage is personal to me
[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_06]: because one, because that's really the call of my life.
[00:05:05] [SPEAKER_06]: I really, I'm a modern day David.
[00:05:07] [SPEAKER_06]: The way my life is gone and it's going,
[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_06]: the ups and the downs.
[00:05:12] [SPEAKER_06]: And so that, the reason it's personal
[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_06]: is because I'm living the David life.
[00:05:17] [SPEAKER_06]: I am his life, literally the mistakes I've made,
[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_06]: the good choices, the bad choices,
[00:05:23] [SPEAKER_06]: the ups to downs, I'm talking about the betrayal,
[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_06]: the befriending, everything that David lived
[00:05:29] [SPEAKER_06]: and in all of that, those bad choices,
[00:05:33] [SPEAKER_06]: the Bible says God himself testified that David.
[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_06]: When God says this, he said,
[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_06]: that man right there is a man after my own heart.
[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_06]: When no man said that, God said that.
[00:05:45] [SPEAKER_06]: About David?
[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
[00:05:47] [SPEAKER_06]: You rarely see where God testified.
[00:05:49] [SPEAKER_06]: God himself testified, not a man.
[00:05:53] [SPEAKER_06]: The voice of God testified,
[00:05:54] [SPEAKER_06]: that's David, he's a man after my heart.
[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_06]: That's heavy.
[00:05:59] [SPEAKER_06]: So that for me is personal because
[00:06:01] [SPEAKER_06]: out of my mistakes,
[00:06:04] [SPEAKER_06]: out of my choices, good and bad
[00:06:06] [SPEAKER_06]: and I'm stressing this because it's really,
[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_06]: I didn't even know what this was about.
[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_06]: And I'm living the David life now
[00:06:12] [SPEAKER_06]: and that it is synonymous with my life.
[00:06:16] [SPEAKER_06]: That's why.
[00:06:17] [SPEAKER_06]: When we read about David, what passages do you see?
[00:06:19] [SPEAKER_06]: You read about him in 1st and 2nd Samuel.
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_06]: He's introduced actually in those books.
[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_06]: He actually comes in on the Bible scene.
[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_06]: It's like a 15-year-old ready dude.
[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[00:06:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Like this little ready dude,
[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_06]: 15 years old, look good.
[00:06:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Right, right.
[00:06:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Got a zeal, very athletic, very well spoken.
[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_06]: But he was on the backside of a mountain
[00:06:43] [SPEAKER_06]: tending stinky sheep.
[00:06:45] [SPEAKER_06]: That was the unpopular job.
[00:06:48] [SPEAKER_06]: They hid a jewel.
[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_06]: That's what he was epitome of a hidden jewel.
[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh.
[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[00:06:54] [SPEAKER_06]: But the prophet, God sent the prophet to call him out.
[00:06:58] [SPEAKER_06]: He said bring him.
[00:06:59] [SPEAKER_06]: That's who I want.
[00:07:00] [SPEAKER_06]: So he was a man of the mile heart.
[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_06]: So that's what's for me is personal.
[00:07:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Wow.
[00:07:05] [SPEAKER_06]: I ain't mean to make that.
[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_06]: No, that's awesome man.
[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_06]: That's why Yoda.
[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_05]: Give us some rock and roll man.
[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_05]: We got the Yoda dance.
[00:07:15] [SPEAKER_05]: Y'all don't understand we doing the Yoda dance.
[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_05]: Right now.
[00:07:20] [SPEAKER_05]: And we gonna pat in the dance.
[00:07:21] [SPEAKER_05]: Yoda, Yoda, Yoda, Yoda.
[00:07:25] [SPEAKER_06]: We got to get one more.
[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_06]: Shout out to Yoda man.
[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_06]: That one.
[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_06]: There you go.
[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_06]: She gonna like that a lot.
[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Mary's nerdy.
[00:07:35] [SPEAKER_06]: Nugget fun facts.
[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_09]: Yes, you'll like this.
[00:07:38] [SPEAKER_09]: The term happy hour.
[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_09]: We got some history coming here.
[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_09]: The term happy hour comes from the US Navy.
[00:07:43] [SPEAKER_09]: Shout out.
[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_09]: Salt life in the US Navy.
[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_09]: We got the sea during the 1920s when sailors were given the time to wind down with recreational
[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_09]: activities and take a break from the toils at being at sea.
[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_09]: Wow.
[00:07:59] [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[00:07:59] [SPEAKER_09]: That's what we got happy hours for.
[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_06]: So let me say this, I have to share an experience right?
[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_06]: So we had something similar that said you out to sea.
[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_06]: You out to sea over 90 days.
[00:08:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Two things they did, a few things they did.
[00:08:12] [SPEAKER_06]: If you ever did 90 days without seeing any land, they would give you one beer.
[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_06]: The Navy will.
[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes, you get a beer.
[00:08:22] [SPEAKER_06]: They would give you a beer after 90 days.
[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_06]: At least they could do it.
[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, at least they could do it.
[00:08:26] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah.
[00:08:27] [SPEAKER_06]: Another thing they do, they call a pool call.
[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_06]: They get to a certain part of the ocean where it was safe and they let you jump in the
[00:08:37] [SPEAKER_06]: water.
[00:08:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Nice.
[00:08:39] [SPEAKER_06]: They would jump in the freaking water.
[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_06]: In the ocean?
[00:08:41] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
[00:08:42] [SPEAKER_06]: Did you?
[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_06]: I did it once.
[00:08:44] [SPEAKER_06]: Which ocean?
[00:08:45] [SPEAKER_06]: The med.
[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_06]: The med.
[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_06]: The med.
[00:08:48] [SPEAKER_06]: The med.
[00:08:48] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, mediterranean.
[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh wow.
[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_09]: Man, that's beautiful.
[00:08:51] [SPEAKER_09]: Yes.
[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_06]: That's the travel through your eyes, man.
[00:08:53] [SPEAKER_06]: You know what else too?
[00:08:54] [SPEAKER_06]: I have actually swam.
[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_06]: I have, is it, is it swam?
[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_06]: Is that the swam?
[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_06]: Swam.
[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_06]: Swam.
[00:09:00] [SPEAKER_06]: You can use any type of book ever.
[00:09:03] [SPEAKER_06]: You can swam.
[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Swam.
[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_06]: So just something I thought about.
[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_06]: Having been in boot camp, leaving that boot camp, becoming a sarswam, a search
[00:09:12] [SPEAKER_06]: and rescue, I trained with Navy Seals.
[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_06]: So in training with Navy Seals, we had to swim.
[00:09:16] [SPEAKER_06]: I was in Orlando.
[00:09:17] [SPEAKER_06]: So we trained down there in Florida.
[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_06]: So in that body award, I was there in the Gulf and you know, I swam in it.
[00:09:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Literally.
[00:09:26] [SPEAKER_06]: Some shark infested.
[00:09:27] [SPEAKER_06]: But we put, they put bays what they call net bays up.
[00:09:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[00:09:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_06]: So we swim in there, southern area.
[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_06]: But I tested it dude.
[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_09]: Nice.
[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I can say that.
[00:09:36] [SPEAKER_06]: Shout out.
[00:09:37] [SPEAKER_06]: Shout out.
[00:09:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that was good.
[00:09:39] [SPEAKER_06]: That was good.
[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_09]: Shout out to you for that.
[00:09:45] [SPEAKER_09]: All right.
[00:09:45] [SPEAKER_09]: What is your favorite meal of all time?
[00:09:48] [SPEAKER_09]: You need a last meal.
[00:09:50] [SPEAKER_09]: What do you, what do you want?
[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, this is me.
[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_09]: You sit down, describe us on your plate.
[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to have a little fried catfish.
[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
[00:10:03] [SPEAKER_01]: That's what's up.
[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Mac and cheese.
[00:10:06] [SPEAKER_01]: With collard greens.
[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Ooh.
[00:10:09] [SPEAKER_01]: Yams.
[00:10:09] [SPEAKER_01]: Ooh.
[00:10:10] [SPEAKER_10]: And then some red currant.
[00:10:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, man.
[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a dying happy man.
[00:10:18] [SPEAKER_08]: I love it.
[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_08]: I love it.
[00:10:21] [SPEAKER_08]: Listen, I need that plate.
[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_08]: I need that plate right now.
[00:10:24] [SPEAKER_08]: Hey, we, I need that plate.
[00:10:28] [SPEAKER_09]: All right.
[00:10:29] [SPEAKER_09]: This is called the travel through your eye segment.
[00:10:32] [SPEAKER_09]: Got two parts.
[00:10:34] [SPEAKER_09]: First part describe your favorite local beach on the Gulf Coast
[00:10:38] [SPEAKER_09]: and to describe another place you've been that where you had to use your
[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_09]: passport.
[00:10:43] [SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[00:10:44] [SPEAKER_04]: Pensacola, hands down, love Pensacola Beach.
[00:10:47] [SPEAKER_04]: So you got the boardwalk right there.
[00:10:49] [SPEAKER_04]: You can get your bushwacker up there at the dock and walk down,
[00:10:52] [SPEAKER_04]: get in the water, pull off.
[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_04]: And you get to watch some crazy tattoos because that's where the
[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_04]: military base is down there.
[00:10:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Right.
[00:10:58] [SPEAKER_04]: A lot of fun.
[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_04]: The water's beautiful.
[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_04]: To passport for what?
[00:11:04] [SPEAKER_04]: To UC of Beach?
[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_09]: Well, any places you've gone that you want to talk about
[00:11:08] [SPEAKER_09]: that you had to use a passport.
[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_09]: Yes.
[00:11:11] [SPEAKER_04]: Oh gosh, I've been to Mexico almost every year to Isla Mejia's
[00:11:16] [SPEAKER_04]: beautiful place off of Cancun.
[00:11:18] [SPEAKER_04]: I've been to Italy, I've been to Paris, I've been to Belgium,
[00:11:21] [SPEAKER_04]: then England.
[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Just a name a few huh?
[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_04]: I like travel.
[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_04]: I do.
[00:11:28] [SPEAKER_06]: I see.
[00:11:29] [SPEAKER_06]: I like that part of it.
[00:11:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Health is wealth.
[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_06]: Absolutely.
[00:11:33] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, I got to give a hand clap for that,
[00:11:34] [SPEAKER_06]: because health is what ends when we did the whole who said it first.
[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_06]: You can find him on and off the field.
[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm telling you, we covered everything.
[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_06]: I was both sides of the box.
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_09]: So a Facebook friend of mine posted this and this is,
[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_09]: I kind of quoted what she had said.
[00:11:49] [SPEAKER_09]: She said, what are you doing to keep the engine light from coming on?
[00:11:53] [SPEAKER_09]: Ooh.
[00:11:54] [SPEAKER_09]: I think a lot about physical fit level I can maintain until the casket drops.
[00:11:59] [SPEAKER_09]: So the question becomes not only maintaining,
[00:12:02] [SPEAKER_09]: but how can you take your exercise routine up a notch?
[00:12:05] [SPEAKER_09]: For me,
[00:12:07] [SPEAKER_06]: and I was just talking about this the other day.
[00:12:09] [SPEAKER_06]: So I told you one of my goals on the pull-ups,
[00:12:12] [SPEAKER_06]: what I told you was to get to baby to do 15 clean pull-ups.
[00:12:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
[00:12:17] [SPEAKER_06]: Full range of motion.
[00:12:18] [SPEAKER_06]: I accomplished that.
[00:12:19] [SPEAKER_06]: So I could do 15 clean range of motion pull-ups.
[00:12:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Now, what I do now is I go to another variation of the pull-up.
[00:12:26] [SPEAKER_06]: Not just regular shoulder with pull-ups.
[00:12:29] [SPEAKER_06]: Now I go either close hand or now what I told you,
[00:12:33] [SPEAKER_06]: I'll tell you, I'm going to L sit pull-up.
[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_06]: Which you lift your legs, make yourself a L and then do pull-ups.
[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_06]: So that's what I'm doing now.
[00:12:41] [SPEAKER_06]: So I want to master that variation of the pull-up.
[00:12:44] [SPEAKER_06]: So the answer to the question is whatever, like with push-ups,
[00:12:47] [SPEAKER_06]: you master regular push-ups, you go to a different variation.
[00:12:49] [SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[00:12:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Wides or diamond, you know, whatever.
[00:12:53] [SPEAKER_06]: However you want to do them, you know, things, push-ups.
[00:12:55] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think it's whatever exercise you're doing,
[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_06]: when you get to a certain level, then you branch out.
[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_06]: You go to another variation of it.
[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_09]: And if you're just starting with one push-up,
[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_09]: you just do one push-up and then at some point,
[00:13:10] [SPEAKER_09]: you can do two push-ups.
[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_09]: You can do two push-ups.
[00:13:12] [SPEAKER_09]: Right.
[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_09]: Like no comparison.
[00:13:14] [SPEAKER_09]: No, no.
[00:13:15] [SPEAKER_09]: Everyone's, you have to have a starting point.
[00:13:18] [SPEAKER_09]: Each person's starting point is different.
[00:13:19] [SPEAKER_09]: It's different.
[00:13:20] [SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[00:13:20] [SPEAKER_09]: That's correct.
[00:13:20] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, we share close stories with that
[00:13:24] [SPEAKER_06]: because we talk about health almost every day.
[00:13:26] [SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[00:13:27] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, we either give me an update on yours
[00:13:28] [SPEAKER_06]: or you say, coach, I did five pull-ups today.
[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Man, I'm getting it in.
[00:13:32] [SPEAKER_06]: I did, see?
[00:13:33] [SPEAKER_06]: And like so, I remember when I first started doing pull-ups.
[00:13:36] [SPEAKER_06]: The first, I couldn't do but one or two pull-ups.
[00:13:38] [SPEAKER_06]: That's what I did.
[00:13:39] [SPEAKER_09]: I did one pull-up and I struggled.
[00:13:41] [SPEAKER_09]: I was like, oh, wow, that's embarrassing.
[00:13:42] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_06]: And it felt like somebody hit me in the back of my neck
[00:13:45] [SPEAKER_06]: in the back of my back with a pallow.
[00:13:48] [SPEAKER_06]: I said, what the world?
[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_06]: I got that one in.
[00:13:51] [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, that was over there.
[00:13:52] [SPEAKER_06]: Motivation.
[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_06]: And self-discipline too.
[00:13:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
[00:13:55] [SPEAKER_06]: We talked about that.
[00:13:56] [SPEAKER_06]: It takes that self-discipline.
[00:13:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Especially when you master, like I said,
[00:13:59] [SPEAKER_06]: I wanted to get to 15.
[00:14:00] [SPEAKER_06]: I could have been like, oh, you know what?
[00:14:01] [SPEAKER_06]: I got to 15.
[00:14:02] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to chill out.
[00:14:03] [SPEAKER_06]: No.
[00:14:03] [SPEAKER_06]: You've got to go to another variation.
[00:14:06] [SPEAKER_06]: I told you with this, the Bible says that our bodies
[00:14:11] [SPEAKER_06]: were fearfully and wonderfully made.
[00:14:14] [SPEAKER_06]: Wondrous are your works, oh God.
[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_06]: And my soul knows this very well.
[00:14:17] [SPEAKER_06]: No doubt.
[00:14:18] [SPEAKER_06]: So God made this.
[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_06]: So if God made this vehicle, you know what I want to do?
[00:14:23] [SPEAKER_06]: I want to see how fast this vehicle can go.
[00:14:25] [SPEAKER_06]: I want to see how much this vehicle can take.
[00:14:27] [SPEAKER_06]: I want to see how much pressure I can put this vehicle under
[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_06]: because God made it.
[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_09]: That's right.
[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_09]: And another point to that is you can go the opposite.
[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_09]: Sometimes when you're working out,
[00:14:36] [SPEAKER_09]: you've got to take the foot off the gas pedal.
[00:14:39] [SPEAKER_09]: That's a good point.
[00:14:40] [SPEAKER_09]: You've got to take off.
[00:14:41] [SPEAKER_09]: You've got to rest.
[00:14:42] [SPEAKER_09]: You've got to stretch.
[00:14:43] [SPEAKER_09]: Right.
[00:14:43] [SPEAKER_09]: Take some days off.
[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_09]: And if you're lifting heavy all the time,
[00:14:47] [SPEAKER_09]: sometimes you need a day of lightweight.
[00:14:49] [SPEAKER_06]: A day or two?
[00:14:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, a day or two.
[00:14:50] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I'm telling you.
[00:14:52] [SPEAKER_06]: So I found that too.
[00:14:52] [SPEAKER_06]: So I do like four days a week working out with my regiment,
[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_06]: you know, the details included.
[00:14:58] [SPEAKER_06]: But like maybe five days, but then I get, you know,
[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_06]: two days off, you know what I mean?
[00:15:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Sometimes I take three days off.
[00:15:04] [SPEAKER_06]: Yesterday I just went out back and then we're going to move on.
[00:15:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Yesterday I just went out back, you know,
[00:15:08] [SPEAKER_06]: my rack on the back.
[00:15:10] [SPEAKER_06]: I walked this with the dogs and I pulled up.
[00:15:13] [SPEAKER_06]: I just went up there just did five pull ups.
[00:15:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I ain't like it wasn't nothing.
[00:15:17] [SPEAKER_06]: Like it wasn't nothing, bro.
[00:15:18] [SPEAKER_06]: So shout out, bruh.
[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_06]: Shout out, hey.
[00:15:20] [SPEAKER_09]: But before we move on, look for the listeners challenge yourself.
[00:15:23] [SPEAKER_09]: Start one day.
[00:15:24] [SPEAKER_09]: Start a weekly challenge.
[00:15:26] [SPEAKER_09]: Start a one day challenge.
[00:15:27] [SPEAKER_09]: Start a monthly challenge.
[00:15:28] [SPEAKER_09]: Start a yearly challenge.
[00:15:29] [SPEAKER_09]: Start, start, start.
[00:15:32] [SPEAKER_09]: Tongue twister segment.
[00:15:33] [SPEAKER_09]: You going to do it?
[00:15:34] [SPEAKER_09]: No, yes you.
[00:15:34] [SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[00:15:35] [SPEAKER_09]: You're just one smart fellow.
[00:15:36] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.
[00:15:37] [SPEAKER_06]: Now I hate to do this, Nigel,
[00:15:39] [SPEAKER_06]: but you're going to have to follow me on this one.
[00:15:40] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[00:15:41] [SPEAKER_06]: It's a tongue twister.
[00:15:42] [SPEAKER_06]: Can you see it?
[00:15:43] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to say it and see if he can sing it.
[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.
[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to say it.
[00:15:47] [SPEAKER_06]: He's like this.
[00:15:48] [SPEAKER_06]: We're going to go one, two, three, four.
[00:15:49] [SPEAKER_06]: All right.
[00:15:50] [SPEAKER_06]: But I'm going to do it either one smart fellow felt smart,
[00:15:53] [SPEAKER_06]: two smart fellows felt smart,
[00:15:54] [SPEAKER_06]: three smart fellows felt smart for smart fellows felt smart
[00:15:57] [SPEAKER_06]: and they all felt smart together.
[00:16:01] [SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[00:16:02] [SPEAKER_06]: So all right, let me try this.
[00:16:03] [SPEAKER_06]: Let me try speaking first.
[00:16:04] [SPEAKER_06]: One smart fellow felt smart,
[00:16:07] [SPEAKER_10]: and then you go 2345.
[00:16:10] [SPEAKER_10]: Two smart fellows felt smart,
[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_10]: three smart fellows felt smart for fun.
[00:16:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Four five.
[00:16:28] [SPEAKER_10]: I tried to sing it now.
[00:16:30] [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[00:16:32] [SPEAKER_10]: One smart fellow felt smart.
[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_10]: Two smart fellow felt smart.
[00:16:41] [SPEAKER_10]: Three smart fellow felt smart.
[00:16:45] [SPEAKER_10]: Four smart fellow felt smart.
[00:16:48] [SPEAKER_10]: Yes!
[00:16:55] [SPEAKER_07]: Oh my goodness.
[00:16:57] [SPEAKER_07]: You may need to sing everything.
[00:16:59] [SPEAKER_07]: You won't get nothing wrong.
[00:17:02] [SPEAKER_09]: Oh my goodness.
[00:17:04] [SPEAKER_08]: That was awesome.
[00:17:06] [SPEAKER_09]: This is a true for dare game.
[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_09]: True for dare.
[00:17:09] [SPEAKER_09]: Have you ever tried to pick truth or dare?
[00:17:13] [SPEAKER_09]: You got to pick.
[00:17:15] [SPEAKER_04]: I'm standing around to wear my kitchen right now.
[00:17:17] [SPEAKER_04]: I have to go outside my neighbor who used to it.
[00:17:18] [SPEAKER_04]: It's okay.
[00:17:19] [SPEAKER_07]: So you go, would you pick a dare?
[00:17:22] [SPEAKER_07]: Are you picking truth?
[00:17:24] [SPEAKER_08]: What did you tell her?
[00:17:26] [SPEAKER_08]: She was the only one.
[00:17:29] [SPEAKER_07]: I want to do dare.
[00:17:31] [SPEAKER_07]: Alright.
[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_07]: So Tina chose in underwear.
[00:17:35] [SPEAKER_09]: Doing this dare.
[00:17:38] [SPEAKER_09]: Tina chose in underwear doing dare.
[00:17:40] [SPEAKER_09]: Seeing a sexy version of happy birthday Mr. President
[00:17:44] [SPEAKER_09]: like Marilyn Monroe did.
[00:17:46] [SPEAKER_09]: Oh he got you Gina.
[00:17:49] [SPEAKER_03]: Happy birthday to you.
[00:17:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Happy birthday to you.
[00:17:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Happy birthday Mr. President.
[00:18:02] [SPEAKER_03]: Happy birthday to you.
[00:18:07] [SPEAKER_03]: I got no shame.
[00:18:12] [SPEAKER_07]: I love it.
[00:18:14] [SPEAKER_08]: Oh my goodness.
[00:18:15] [SPEAKER_08]: It sounded good.
[00:18:18] [SPEAKER_09]: Anyway, two thumbs up segment.
[00:18:24] [SPEAKER_09]: What movie have you watched too many times?
[00:18:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Predator.
[00:18:32] [SPEAKER_06]: The first one?
[00:18:33] [SPEAKER_06]: The first one.
[00:18:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Fire.
[00:18:35] [SPEAKER_06]: And I love it.
[00:18:37] [SPEAKER_06]: Get in the sofa.
[00:18:40] [SPEAKER_08]: I'm gonna have me so far.
[00:18:42] [SPEAKER_08]: I'm gonna have me so far.
[00:18:43] [SPEAKER_08]: I'm gonna have me so far.
[00:18:46] [SPEAKER_09]: You're costing us motherfucker.
[00:18:49] [SPEAKER_09]: I don't care who you are in the real world.
[00:18:52] [SPEAKER_09]: You're costing us for a long time.
[00:18:53] [SPEAKER_01]: I'll leave you here real quick, real quiet baby.
[00:18:57] [SPEAKER_01]: You are one ugly mother fucker.
[00:19:05] [SPEAKER_08]: Shout out, I love it.
[00:19:10] [SPEAKER_09]: Alright, coming out the tunnel.
[00:19:11] [SPEAKER_09]: So this is, you started this coming out the tunnel.
[00:19:15] [SPEAKER_09]: Right.
[00:19:15] [SPEAKER_09]: And my first tunnel experience, I think it was about eight or nine.
[00:19:18] [SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[00:19:19] [SPEAKER_09]: And my dad was a coach at Moncler State.
[00:19:22] [SPEAKER_09]: And I happened to be, you know, tagging along.
[00:19:25] [SPEAKER_09]: And so I went from the coach's office to the locker room
[00:19:30] [SPEAKER_09]: and to the area where the team gathered before the game.
[00:19:34] [SPEAKER_09]: And I'd seen all these guys for, you know, practice
[00:19:36] [SPEAKER_09]: and, you know, after locker rooms and, you know, the showers and stuff.
[00:19:41] [SPEAKER_09]: I was like the team mascot.
[00:19:44] [SPEAKER_09]: And so I've always seen smiles and I've watched them practice and stuff.
[00:19:48] [SPEAKER_09]: So the coach gathers them up and all of a sudden, you know, you hear screams
[00:19:54] [SPEAKER_09]: and, you know, guys are just kind of like all of a sudden I'm like, oh, what's going on?
[00:19:59] [SPEAKER_09]: And so you hear this like pregame speech and so the coaches leave
[00:20:03] [SPEAKER_09]: and the guys are just starting banging each other.
[00:20:06] [SPEAKER_09]: You know, they're hitting each other.
[00:20:10] [SPEAKER_09]: They're taking their fists and banging their shoulder pads against one another.
[00:20:16] [SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[00:20:16] [SPEAKER_09]: I see that.
[00:20:17] [SPEAKER_09]: And they're doing head butts, you know, and you need to hear guys are going,
[00:20:21] [SPEAKER_08]: fuck, get the fucking ass, you're the son of a bitch, son of a bitch.
[00:20:25] [SPEAKER_08]: Yes.
[00:20:27] [SPEAKER_08]: And I'm looking at you and I'm like what the hell is going on?
[00:20:33] [SPEAKER_09]: So they walk out right before to the edge of the stadium
[00:20:37] [SPEAKER_09]: where you can hear the crowd.
[00:20:39] [SPEAKER_09]: Right.
[00:20:40] [SPEAKER_09]: And, you know, you can hear like this intensity and all of a sudden you hear like the they walk,
[00:20:45] [SPEAKER_09]: we had turf.
[00:20:46] [SPEAKER_09]: So they had like, like, right?
[00:20:51] [SPEAKER_09]: It was a good hit to get it.
[00:20:59] [SPEAKER_09]: When it took the field, I was just like wow, what's this happened?
[00:21:03] [SPEAKER_06]: You know, there was crump.
[00:21:05] [SPEAKER_06]: They were crump.
[00:21:05] [SPEAKER_06]: See, that's what I'm saying.
[00:21:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Let me tell you something.
[00:21:07] [SPEAKER_06]: I would pay money. I would have bought a ticket to be at a Ray Lewis pre games. Yes
[00:21:14] [SPEAKER_06]: Speech you hear me some of those in college in Heizler, but Ray Lewis do yeah imagine be those guys are oh
[00:21:22] [SPEAKER_06]: Ray Lewis you have 300 pound me and climbing
[00:21:32] [SPEAKER_06]: He had a big news cry
[00:21:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Ray one no Joe so that's why I want to I want to experience the tunnel experience. I think about
[00:21:42] [SPEAKER_09]: Let's stop right here. All right. I'm glad you said that okay, so this part is part two of coming out the tunnel
[00:21:47] [SPEAKER_09]: Okay now we talked about
[00:21:51] [SPEAKER_09]: As an athlete okay
[00:21:53] [SPEAKER_09]: You as a pastor
[00:21:56] [SPEAKER_09]: Before Easter Sunday
[00:21:58] [SPEAKER_09]: Pack church
[00:22:00] [SPEAKER_09]: You sitting in the back
[00:22:03] [SPEAKER_09]: Tell us about that
[00:22:05] [SPEAKER_09]: Before you come on to the podium. What's going through your mind?
[00:22:09] [SPEAKER_06]: First of all boy, that's so good first of all I got the playbook from from coach God
[00:22:14] [SPEAKER_06]: He already gave me the playbook okay the night before he didn't gave me the playbook the scripture
[00:22:19] [SPEAKER_06]: I called at the playbook right he told me what how to run it would play the run
[00:22:23] [SPEAKER_06]: That was to say right the Holy Ghost
[00:22:24] [SPEAKER_06]: So I'm crank off of that so I'm recycling the playbook through my mind just like a good quarterback
[00:22:29] [SPEAKER_06]: Right, right recycling playbook don't want to disappoint coach right because he watching literally watching
[00:22:35] [SPEAKER_06]: You know I'm saying yes got a whole field perspective
[00:22:38] [SPEAKER_06]: So I'm running the playbook through my head praising worship going on the music is there
[00:22:42] [SPEAKER_06]: So you know I love music
[00:22:43] [SPEAKER_06]: So the combination of me running the playbook and the music is like a locker room because if I'm not mistaken
[00:22:49] [SPEAKER_06]: They have music in the locker room. Yes. Yeah, so I had that so the praise and worship is my locker room music in my head
[00:22:57] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm running the playbook. I'm trying to praise the worship with thinking about the running the place
[00:23:01] [SPEAKER_06]: So I'm so crunk so by the time I get up there
[00:23:03] [SPEAKER_06]: I have to you know act ask God to calm me down
[00:23:06] [SPEAKER_06]: You know that means I don't be in my emotions because you know a lot of pastors one admitted they get emotional
[00:23:12] [SPEAKER_06]: You know they get up there and it starts making sounds and doing stuff. That's not that's not God
[00:23:17] [SPEAKER_06]: You know I heard a pastor get up there. You gonna laugh. He's only he's on the this embarrassing dude
[00:23:23] [SPEAKER_06]: I can't sit in some church. He got up there. He was like
[00:23:35] [SPEAKER_07]: He literally did that
[00:23:53] [SPEAKER_07]: You should Google it
[00:23:54] [SPEAKER_06]: I said man, what are you doing bro? That is not that's not you know saying so for me
[00:24:04] [SPEAKER_06]: The I'm the my pregame before I preach is the whole really the gods just running through me like adrenaline
[00:24:11] [SPEAKER_06]: Right. So by the time I get up to have to calm down. So I don't do that
[00:24:15] [SPEAKER_06]: What is that doing exactly how that's gonna help a man struggle with masturbation, right?
[00:24:20] [SPEAKER_06]: You eat coming to church trying to get deliver and you
[00:24:24] [SPEAKER_06]: You go have them go home
[00:24:27] [SPEAKER_06]: Come on, bro
[00:24:31] [SPEAKER_06]: Olympics we talked the other day right talked about some
[00:24:35] [SPEAKER_06]: details
[00:24:38] [SPEAKER_06]: Yes talked about some some details in the Olympics. Yes
[00:24:41] [SPEAKER_06]: so
[00:24:43] [SPEAKER_06]: Well, I wanted to know what the metal count we dig the metal count
[00:24:47] [SPEAKER_06]: But then I was interested to know how much they get yes
[00:24:50] [SPEAKER_09]: So I think the United States gets 37
[00:24:54] [SPEAKER_09]: Five for gold. Yes
[00:24:56] [SPEAKER_09]: 22 something for silver 15 15 for bronze, right?
[00:25:02] [SPEAKER_09]: But what's interesting is the other countries, okay?

[00:35:20] [SPEAKER_06]: That's a great question.
[00:35:20] [SPEAKER_06]: You say it's trot singing opera on peanut butter.
[00:35:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Subconsciously, it may be because of his voice.
[00:35:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Though in the back of his mind, he the peanut butter may be
[00:35:27] [SPEAKER_06]: a turnout because it may damp.
[00:35:30] [SPEAKER_06]: You may think it may dampen your voice.
[00:35:32] [SPEAKER_10]: That's true.
[00:35:33] [SPEAKER_10]: It could if I had peanut butter before singing.
[00:35:35] [SPEAKER_10]: I said, like,
