00:00:02 --> 00:00:08 Episode 43. Remember the Alamo. All right. Final
00:00:08 --> 00:00:12 Four is in San Antonio. Right. Auburn, Auburn
00:00:12 --> 00:00:17 and, uh, Auburn got to play Houston. Yes. And
00:00:17 --> 00:00:21 somebody plays, Auburn and Houston play first.
00:00:22 --> 00:00:26 And then we got, who else? Florida. Florida and,
00:00:26 --> 00:00:31 um, dog is slipping my mind. Come on, dude. Come
00:00:31 --> 00:00:33 on. You could do it, coach. You got it. You got
00:00:33 --> 00:00:39 it, coach. Come on, coach. Either way, I think
00:00:39 --> 00:00:44 Auburn has the chance. This could be their day
00:00:44 --> 00:00:45 or year. You never know. I mean, they played
00:00:45 --> 00:00:48 pretty good all year. They've been in contention
00:00:48 --> 00:00:51 probably, really, they've been in strong contention
00:00:51 --> 00:00:54 probably for the last four or five years. Yeah,
00:00:54 --> 00:01:01 yeah. So you told me about a new segment. Yeah
00:01:01 --> 00:01:08 Bible mysteries Yes So so can you kind of explain?
00:01:08 --> 00:01:10 Yeah segment the new segment and then I give
00:01:10 --> 00:01:14 an example Yes, so there are a lot of things
00:01:14 --> 00:01:18 in the Bible Religion is something else man.
00:01:18 --> 00:01:20 It'll mess you up. It'll separate you from God
00:01:20 --> 00:01:24 You really want to get to know God not only religious
00:01:24 --> 00:01:27 level and I know that word is popular religion
00:01:27 --> 00:01:31 I'd I'm not a fan of it I like relationships,
00:01:32 --> 00:01:37 so over religion. So having said that, when you
00:01:37 --> 00:01:38 read the Bible, you gotta understand it from
00:01:38 --> 00:01:40 a relationship perspective. If you look at it
00:01:40 --> 00:01:43 relational, you understand God more. Like there's
00:01:43 --> 00:01:46 things in the Bible, like there's things that
00:01:46 --> 00:01:49 we shy away from that the Bible actually mentions
00:01:49 --> 00:01:52 or acknowledges, but we treat it like an elephant
00:01:52 --> 00:02:02 in the room. For example, did you know, That
00:02:02 --> 00:02:06 in the book of Leviticus Most of reading now
00:02:06 --> 00:02:08 what you're reading now because of you around
00:02:08 --> 00:02:14 round chapter 17 starting 18 17 18 19 20 you
00:02:14 --> 00:02:17 start reading up in there Listen the stuff that
00:02:17 --> 00:02:21 he has to tell them not to do Like for instance,
00:02:21 --> 00:02:23 he has to tell them in Leviticus. Don't sleep
00:02:23 --> 00:02:28 with your mom Don't sleep with your dad Don't
00:02:28 --> 00:02:34 sleep with your sister. Don't see Why and I thought
00:02:34 --> 00:02:37 we talked about this out there Why if he why
00:02:37 --> 00:02:40 would he have to tell them not to do this because
00:02:40 --> 00:02:44 he sees them doing it because they were It is
00:02:44 --> 00:02:49 and we call that today incest We don't we don't
00:02:49 --> 00:02:51 like to talk about it. We don't like to discuss
00:02:51 --> 00:02:56 it. We don't like to Make it relation, but it's
00:02:56 --> 00:02:59 relational right now today. It's in the Bible
00:03:00 --> 00:03:02 So there's things so that's the Bible mysteries.
00:03:02 --> 00:03:04 There's things in the Bible that we're gonna
00:03:04 --> 00:03:08 make your jaw drop Give us another one another
00:03:08 --> 00:03:11 one. For example, did you know? I know which
00:03:11 --> 00:03:13 one you want me to give y 'all and I'm gonna
00:03:13 --> 00:03:19 go ahead and give it to you So he tells the one
00:03:19 --> 00:03:21 prophet I think it's Ezekiel he tells me say
00:03:21 --> 00:03:26 listen Tell them I know that they they they laying
00:03:26 --> 00:03:29 around all day day dreaming about these men's
00:03:29 --> 00:03:33 emissions and And there's the size of their cranks
00:03:33 --> 00:03:36 In the Bible don't say crank, but I'm making
00:03:36 --> 00:03:38 it relational but emissions it does say emissions
00:03:38 --> 00:03:41 when you talk about emissions, right? That's
00:03:41 --> 00:03:44 what a man emits from ejaculation, right? They
00:03:44 --> 00:03:47 think you talk about the size of their testicles
00:03:47 --> 00:03:49 on it. They say lay around and imagine those
00:03:49 --> 00:03:52 things God tell them he said I know y 'all sitting
00:03:52 --> 00:03:56 right here thinking about that But we in church,
00:03:56 --> 00:04:01 we don't we don't talk about Sex no, but the
00:04:01 --> 00:04:03 Bible but it's throughout all the books throughout
00:04:03 --> 00:04:07 the Bible though throughout. Oh my goodness Yeah,
00:04:07 --> 00:04:13 so one more before we move on please Just and
00:04:13 --> 00:04:15 this let me let me stick this enough of a question
00:04:15 --> 00:04:20 You eat apples. Yes, right. Yes. You remember
00:04:20 --> 00:04:25 the first apple you ate maybe Some of them, either
00:04:25 --> 00:04:28 way. No. Have you ever eaten an apple? You ever
00:04:28 --> 00:04:35 bit an apple and you felt condemned? No. Felt
00:04:35 --> 00:04:37 like you stole it, nothing like that. When you
00:04:37 --> 00:04:41 bit the apple, nothing changed, right? No. Did
00:04:41 --> 00:04:44 God swoop down and hit you across the head because
00:04:44 --> 00:04:50 you bit the apple? No. Okay. Well, one, why do
00:04:50 --> 00:04:53 we depict it in the Bible as them biting? The
00:04:53 --> 00:04:57 apple. The Bible never says apple anywhere. I
00:04:57 --> 00:05:00 followed up on that, and it does not. It never
00:05:00 --> 00:05:03 does. It talks about the fruit of the womb. Thank
00:05:03 --> 00:05:08 you. Apples have never caused God to kick people
00:05:08 --> 00:05:12 out of the Eden. Apples ain't never made me hide
00:05:12 --> 00:05:14 from God. I bit an apple and it ain't never made
00:05:14 --> 00:05:19 me do nothing wrong. We don't want to address
00:05:19 --> 00:05:25 that. Right. Also too, if you're thinking about
00:05:25 --> 00:05:29 describing that instance and you have children,
00:05:29 --> 00:05:33 I'm good, you have children. You have to use
00:05:33 --> 00:05:37 it as a illustration. There you go. Like Jesus
00:05:37 --> 00:05:40 used the parable. You have to parable it. So
00:05:40 --> 00:05:43 it's not in literal terms. So it's palatable
00:05:43 --> 00:05:46 for the child. Right. But didn't literally eat
00:05:46 --> 00:05:50 an apple and sin was condemned. But here's the
00:05:50 --> 00:05:55 thing, because we're making it more palatable,
00:05:56 --> 00:05:58 we miss the truth and essence of it, which is
00:05:58 --> 00:06:01 more dangerous. I'd rather you catch the honest
00:06:01 --> 00:06:04 truth than make you cry and make you a better
00:06:04 --> 00:06:06 person, than for me to feed you something honey
00:06:06 --> 00:06:11 glazed and you die. Right, right. because of
00:06:11 --> 00:06:14 lack of knowledge. The Bible says my people perish
00:06:14 --> 00:06:16 for lack of knowledge. But that cat is out the
00:06:16 --> 00:06:21 bag and illustrated and marketed. But think about
00:06:21 --> 00:06:22 something, Coach. You can't never bring that
00:06:22 --> 00:06:27 down. What took Samson down? Delilah. Okay. And
00:06:27 --> 00:06:30 it's all throughout the Bible. What happened
00:06:30 --> 00:06:35 with David? Yeah. Bathsheba. Yeah. Naked on the
00:06:35 --> 00:06:39 roof. It's all throughout the Bible what so so
00:06:39 --> 00:06:42 these but so we need to and I'm glad we brought
00:06:42 --> 00:06:44 we include a segment because we need this opens
00:06:44 --> 00:06:47 the eyes Because you perish for lack of knowledge
00:06:47 --> 00:06:50 sure we get it's a trap and if you don't know
00:06:50 --> 00:06:53 it Do you know there's a whole? This is a proverb
00:06:53 --> 00:06:57 chapter that talks about the woman that that
00:06:57 --> 00:07:02 lures a young green Rookie guy any ignorant got
00:07:02 --> 00:07:04 to the streets lose him to a home. She's married
00:07:04 --> 00:07:07 She said, come here. My husband going on a road
00:07:07 --> 00:07:09 trip. He won't be back for a while. He took a
00:07:09 --> 00:07:12 loan, took a bunch of money. It's in there. He
00:07:12 --> 00:07:14 took a bunch of money. He won't be back. So she
00:07:14 --> 00:07:17 said, I got the bed draped with roses and this
00:07:17 --> 00:07:19 lace to smell good. I got the sheets to find
00:07:19 --> 00:07:22 linen and silk. Come on here. He'd come in there.
00:07:23 --> 00:07:25 She said, let's do it all night. They do it all
00:07:25 --> 00:07:27 night. It's in the Bible. They do it all night.
00:07:27 --> 00:07:29 But lo and behold, buddy come back. Her husband
00:07:29 --> 00:07:32 come back early. And the Bible says, an arrow
00:07:32 --> 00:07:37 pierces his heart. And her bedroom leads to hell.
00:07:37 --> 00:07:50 Ooh. Sheesh. So. This. That's an entire proverb,
00:07:51 --> 00:07:58 dude. It's the chapter. And it warns. And it
00:07:58 --> 00:08:06 warns of this seductress woman. Yeah, yeah. She
00:08:06 --> 00:08:08 said, come here, I've been looking for you. It's
00:08:08 --> 00:08:11 in there, Coach. We know what we're gonna do.
00:08:12 --> 00:08:15 Next show, we're gonna have it pulled up. We're
00:08:15 --> 00:08:17 gonna actually go through. Can we do that? Yeah,
00:08:17 --> 00:08:24 let's do that. Yes. Let's do that. It was our
00:08:24 --> 00:08:28 theme music. It was our theme music. Elizabeth.
00:08:28 --> 00:08:32 Oh, no. I'm coming to join you, honey. I'm coming
00:08:32 --> 00:08:36 to join you, honey. Oh, Lord! Welcome to on and
00:08:36 --> 00:08:38 off the field sports podcasting with the purpose
00:08:38 --> 00:08:41 we got the only fear coach. This is your boy
00:08:41 --> 00:08:45 coach Boston aka still in it since 1976. You
00:08:45 --> 00:08:47 got the Yoda man with Sanford and Son playing
00:08:47 --> 00:08:51 in the background since 1968. That's an inside
00:08:51 --> 00:08:56 joke. Actually I literally have Sanford and Son
00:08:56 --> 00:08:58 rolling. Do I not? Yeah I'm looking at Frank's
00:08:58 --> 00:09:00 roll right now. Right now alright. That's an
00:09:00 --> 00:09:02 ugly roll right there. Frank in that old musty
00:09:02 --> 00:09:15 roll. That's gotta be probably the best 70s.
00:09:15 --> 00:09:19 Is that considered a 70s sitcom? Well, even beyond
00:09:19 --> 00:09:23 that, it's part of black culture. Right. Yeah.
00:09:23 --> 00:09:28 That's gotta be the GOAT of sitcoms. It's top
00:09:28 --> 00:09:30 two. You can't tell me. Who else you putting
00:09:30 --> 00:09:34 it up there with? That's good. That's a, that's
00:09:34 --> 00:09:37 a good one. You could say the Jefferson. I was
00:09:37 --> 00:09:39 going, I was thinking that you have good times
00:09:39 --> 00:09:43 and good times. It's okay. So if you had to name
00:09:43 --> 00:09:46 your right, right quick, those are the top three.
00:09:46 --> 00:09:48 Okay. Give me two more. If you had two top five,
00:09:49 --> 00:09:51 even if you had to come to the nineties or the
00:09:51 --> 00:09:55 eighties Cosby Cosby show. Okay. All right. Cosby
00:09:55 --> 00:09:58 show one more different world. Oh, would you
00:09:58 --> 00:10:01 put a different world over Martin? Ooh. No. Come
00:10:01 --> 00:10:03 on, Coach. I forgot about Martin. Martin top
00:10:03 --> 00:10:05 five. Yeah, I forgot about Martin. I would have
00:10:05 --> 00:10:08 thought about it. If you pick one from the 70s,
00:10:08 --> 00:10:11 the 80s, and 90s, I think we could do a top five.
00:10:11 --> 00:10:14 A decade one? Yes. Whatever. Those three in the
00:10:14 --> 00:10:17 70s. Sheesh. You can't run over good times. And
00:10:17 --> 00:10:24 what's happening? Oh! Come on. Yes, y 'all. This
00:10:24 --> 00:10:27 is not even scripted. And it's all because we
00:10:27 --> 00:10:33 got... All right, all right pressing yeah, so
00:10:33 --> 00:10:35 let's pray for the men and women competing in
00:10:35 --> 00:10:37 this weekend's Final Four pray that they stay
00:10:37 --> 00:10:41 healthy State, you know, I mean that I pray that
00:10:41 --> 00:10:44 that the rules are safe and fair on both sides
00:10:44 --> 00:10:47 and Definitely again, I want to reiterate health
00:10:47 --> 00:10:49 health. Yes. I want to read it really I really
00:10:49 --> 00:10:51 want to reiterate here. Let's hope they shine
00:10:51 --> 00:10:55 and and come out unscathed. Yes Yes, go on right,
00:10:55 --> 00:10:58 right, you know, I was thinking about The point
00:10:58 --> 00:11:03 you made last show, you said, look at how the
00:11:03 --> 00:11:05 attention shifted back to the men in the NCAA
00:11:05 --> 00:11:09 since Kaitlin and them gone. That's crazy. That's
00:11:09 --> 00:11:12 the effect, bro. Well, I still follow women's
00:11:12 --> 00:11:16 basketball, but it's not as much for everyone
00:11:16 --> 00:11:19 else. as it is still for me. I'm still the same.
00:11:20 --> 00:11:22 Other people who had the Caitlin Clark effect.
00:11:22 --> 00:11:25 The popularity has died down, like you said.
00:11:25 --> 00:11:29 Exactly. But I still think their sport is much
00:11:29 --> 00:11:32 bigger than it has been. Shout out to them, though.
00:11:32 --> 00:11:36 Shout out to the dub, man, the WNBA. Facts. Facts.
00:11:36 --> 00:11:42 Let's laugh. Let's laugh. Why was Cinderella
00:11:42 --> 00:11:46 such a lousy football player? Why? because her
00:11:46 --> 00:11:49 coach was a pumpkin. And that was all right.
00:11:50 --> 00:11:53 All right, let's see this. What did Cinderella
00:11:53 --> 00:12:01 say when she got to the ball? What? Oh my. Oh
00:12:01 --> 00:12:11 my goodness. That was. What did she say again?
00:12:31 --> 00:12:37 There's something about the clitoris. Really?
00:12:38 --> 00:12:42 I can't quite put my finger on it. What do you
00:12:42 --> 00:12:45 call fake spaghetti? What? An impasta. That was
00:12:45 --> 00:12:49 good. Knock, knock. Who's there? Dishes. Dishes
00:12:49 --> 00:12:54 who? Dishes to police. We got you surrounded.
00:12:55 --> 00:12:59 Knock, knock. Who's there? Yahoo. Yahoo. No thanks,
00:12:59 --> 00:13:02 I prefer Google. That's good. Y 'all, that's
00:13:02 --> 00:13:06 good. How does Moses make his coffee? He brews
00:13:06 --> 00:13:09 it. That was fire. I thought you meant like that.
00:13:09 --> 00:13:12 Thank goodness. I give him handcuffs. I give
00:13:12 --> 00:13:15 him handcuffs. Put some bias because it's a Bible.
00:13:15 --> 00:13:17 Go ahead. Did you hear they arrested the devil?
00:13:18 --> 00:13:24 No. They got him on possession. That's a good
00:13:24 --> 00:13:29 one too. I'm writing a book on reverse psychology.
00:13:30 --> 00:13:43 Don't buy it. What did one DNA say to the other
00:13:43 --> 00:13:48 DNA? What? Do these genes make me look fat? Wow,
00:13:49 --> 00:13:52 that's a good one. That's clever. Why did the
00:13:52 --> 00:13:54 Invisible Man quit his job? Why? He couldn't
00:13:54 --> 00:13:58 see himself doing it. How do chickens encourage
00:13:58 --> 00:14:02 the Dallas Cowboys? They didn't escape, huh?
00:14:02 --> 00:14:05 They egg them on. Oh wow. What do you call a
00:14:05 --> 00:14:08 hot girl at a Dallas Cowboys game? What? Oh,
00:14:08 --> 00:14:12 a visitor. Oh my goodness, bruh. Why did the
00:14:12 --> 00:14:15 Mexican Army only bring 5 soldiers to the
00:14:15 --> 00:14:21 Alamo? Why? They only had two vans. What did
00:14:21 --> 00:14:24 Davey Crockett say when he looked over the Alamo
00:14:24 --> 00:14:29 wall and saw 5 Mexican soldiers? What? Who
00:14:29 --> 00:14:39 the hell ordered a new roof? So they had this
00:14:39 --> 00:14:44 cab driver in Los Angeles and picked up a passenger.
00:14:45 --> 00:14:49 And the passenger was from Detroit. And come
00:14:49 --> 00:14:51 to find out through conversation that the cab
00:14:51 --> 00:14:54 driver is also from Detroit. So they get to talking
00:14:54 --> 00:14:59 and reminiscing. The passenger says, did you
00:14:59 --> 00:15:04 hear about the recent attack at the library?
00:15:04 --> 00:15:08 Said there was a huge gang fight. between known,
00:15:08 --> 00:15:11 you know, the two known gangs in Detroit. Said
00:15:11 --> 00:15:14 the SWAT team was there, said that all sorts
00:15:14 --> 00:15:17 of prostitutes and gang, drug violence, it was
00:15:17 --> 00:15:22 terrible all around the library. And the driver's
00:15:22 --> 00:15:26 driving, he gets quiet, he kind of looks and
00:15:26 --> 00:15:33 he says, you got a library in Detroit? I knew
00:15:33 --> 00:15:45 it, dude. Oh man, all right. That was good. All
00:15:45 --> 00:15:49 he had on the paper yard was Detroit Library.
00:15:49 --> 00:15:51 I didn't know what the story was going on there.
00:15:51 --> 00:15:56 All right, that was good. What if, what if Jesus
00:15:56 --> 00:16:00 said, let's split the bill evenly. Now look at
00:16:00 --> 00:16:03 the Last Supper painting at the expressions of
00:16:03 --> 00:16:07 the disciples. What if, right at that moment,
00:16:07 --> 00:16:11 that that painting was taken, right? What if
00:16:11 --> 00:16:16 there was a check? Right. And Jesus says, we're
00:16:16 --> 00:16:18 going to split the bill up. And then look at
00:16:18 --> 00:16:20 those expressions on the... They'd have been
00:16:20 --> 00:16:23 different. Yeah. Your perception is going to
00:16:23 --> 00:16:28 be different. What made you... What are you doing?
00:16:29 --> 00:16:32 No, seriously. I mean, think about it. They're
00:16:32 --> 00:16:37 going to be like... It's going to be different.
00:16:37 --> 00:16:41 Right. Right. Listen. Some of them might not
00:16:41 --> 00:16:43 even be in the picture. Cause you know they're
00:16:43 --> 00:16:45 a ditch. They're going to dip. They're going
00:16:45 --> 00:16:48 to dip out on Jesus. I can see Peter standing
00:16:48 --> 00:16:52 up cussing. Right. Cause you know he was a cusser.
00:16:52 --> 00:16:55 He had a bad temper. So he would have been like,
00:16:55 --> 00:16:57 man I ain't ordering no wine. Imagine what Judas
00:16:57 --> 00:17:00 would have did. He didn't want to betray Jesus.
00:17:03 --> 00:17:07 That's a good, what made you do that what if
00:17:07 --> 00:17:10 dude? That's the best what if so far. You think
00:17:10 --> 00:17:12 so? Yep. Since we've been doing this segment.
00:17:12 --> 00:17:14 All right. Mary's Nerd Nuggets Fun Facts. I love
00:17:14 --> 00:17:18 this segment. Y 'all know this is my favorite
00:17:18 --> 00:17:22 segment. This is in theme with the Final Four.
00:17:22 --> 00:17:26 The term Final Four was coined in 1975. Okay.
00:17:27 --> 00:17:30 By an article saying that Marquette was one of
00:17:30 --> 00:17:33 the Final Four teams in the 1974 tournament.
00:17:33 --> 00:17:35 Okay. Since then it's been synonymous with college
00:17:35 --> 00:17:38 basketball. That's interesting. Yeah. So you
00:17:38 --> 00:17:41 mentioned Marquette. The article was written
00:17:41 --> 00:17:44 in Wisconsin. I remember Marquette was dominant
00:17:44 --> 00:17:50 for a minute. In the 70s. That's it. Al McGuire
00:17:50 --> 00:17:52 was a coach. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Hey, what do you
00:17:52 --> 00:17:56 think about Auburn's coach? I like him. He didn't
00:17:56 --> 00:18:01 have the cleanest pass, but what was that? Tennessee,
00:18:01 --> 00:18:03 right? Got rid of him? Yeah, but I wouldn't say
00:18:03 --> 00:18:05 that. Why did they get rid of him? I think it
00:18:05 --> 00:18:07 was from violations. Yeah, some violations. I
00:18:07 --> 00:18:09 wanted to know what it was. But I don't know
00:18:09 --> 00:18:12 specifically, but everything that people had
00:18:12 --> 00:18:14 crucified coaches on in the past is legal now.
00:18:15 --> 00:18:18 Okay. You know what I mean? So it's like, you
00:18:18 --> 00:18:20 kind of have to have a, you know. So that's kind
00:18:20 --> 00:18:23 of erased out really. Yeah, in my opinion. In
00:18:23 --> 00:18:25 my opinion. Okay. Yeah. All right. I wanted to
00:18:25 --> 00:18:27 know what your opinion on him was. Yeah, yeah.
00:18:28 --> 00:18:31 Tallulah, Tallulah, Tallulah. Let's go. The term
00:18:31 --> 00:18:33 March Madness was originally used to describe
00:18:33 --> 00:18:36 the Illinois High School Basketball State Championship.
00:18:37 --> 00:18:40 Then Brent Musburger from Illinois began saying
00:18:40 --> 00:18:43 it on air in 1982. I never did ask you who you,
00:18:43 --> 00:18:47 that's interesting, that's interesting. Who you
00:18:47 --> 00:18:51 think can win an ownership? I'm going with Florida.
00:18:51 --> 00:18:54 Really? Yeah, I like their point guard. He's...
00:18:56 --> 00:18:59 So who do you think the better matchup is for
00:18:59 --> 00:19:05 Florida out of Auburn and Houston? I mean, to
00:19:05 --> 00:19:08 be honest, all four teams to me, it wouldn't
00:19:08 --> 00:19:10 surprise me if either one of them won. So I think
00:19:10 --> 00:19:12 this is the first Final Four that they seem to
00:19:12 --> 00:19:16 be very even. I don't think any team is going
00:19:16 --> 00:19:18 to pose a match -up problem for the other team.
00:19:19 --> 00:19:20 You going to watch the games? Yeah, of course.
00:19:20 --> 00:19:22 Yeah, first we'll come on at five. Yeah. Auburn
00:19:22 --> 00:19:24 and Houston, right? Yeah. I'd be fun to send
00:19:24 --> 00:19:27 up for that one. Definitely. All right. Things
00:19:27 --> 00:19:30 that make you go, hmm, chewing gum while slicing
00:19:30 --> 00:19:32 an onion can prevent you from tearing. I've heard
00:19:32 --> 00:19:35 that. Really? I have heard that fun fact before.
00:19:35 --> 00:19:40 OK. That's interesting. Did you know the 1979
00:19:40 --> 00:19:42 championship game between Larry Bird's Indiana
00:19:42 --> 00:19:45 State Sycamores and Magic Johnson's Michigan
00:19:45 --> 00:19:48 State Spartans still holds the television record
00:19:48 --> 00:19:54 for viewership? Wow. Wow. Yeah, that's hard right
00:19:54 --> 00:19:57 there, bro. What's up, man? Y 'all know what
00:19:57 --> 00:20:14 time it is. You'll see y 'all Yoda time. All
00:20:14 --> 00:20:16 right. Talk to me. Again, keep an in theme with
00:20:16 --> 00:20:19 the final four. All right. Yoda, who would you
00:20:19 --> 00:20:24 make a final four of the books of the Bible?
00:20:26 --> 00:20:29 All right. You have four books you had to read
00:20:29 --> 00:20:30 that was only going to be in the Bible. Final
00:20:30 --> 00:20:36 four. Final four. Oh, that's fire. That's fire.
00:20:37 --> 00:20:41 You can only keep four. Genesis. Let me tell
00:20:41 --> 00:20:44 you why that I'm gonna ask you why Genesis. Let
00:20:44 --> 00:20:47 me give you up my forward number. Jay. Why? Genesis
00:20:47 --> 00:21:02 Isaiah John and Revelation Genesis Isaiah John
00:21:02 --> 00:21:07 and Revelation Revelation now, tell me why Genesis
00:21:07 --> 00:21:11 is because Two reasons. One, that's the beginning,
00:21:11 --> 00:21:15 that's the origin. Without the origin, you have
00:21:15 --> 00:21:17 no understanding. The other reason I say Genesis
00:21:17 --> 00:21:20 is because of, did you know of all of the books
00:21:20 --> 00:21:22 of the Bible that the devil hates the most? He
00:21:22 --> 00:21:25 hates Genesis the most. Why is that? Because
00:21:25 --> 00:21:30 it talks about his demise. Yep, and Genesis 3
00:21:30 --> 00:21:33 predicts it. And he hates Revelation 2. Watch
00:21:33 --> 00:21:35 this. So I picked Genesis because of that. I
00:21:35 --> 00:21:38 picked Isaiah because Isaiah is a mini Bible.
00:21:38 --> 00:21:46 It has 66 chapters and the Bible has 66 books.
00:21:46 --> 00:21:49 So Isaiah is a mini Bible. So I got Isaiah so
00:21:49 --> 00:21:53 I won't miss nothing. Talked about Jesus, don't
00:21:53 --> 00:21:55 need to miss Jesus. He is all throughout Isaiah.
00:21:56 --> 00:21:58 I picked John, that's the New Testament book,
00:21:58 --> 00:22:00 because John is the most intimate. out of all
00:22:00 --> 00:22:03 the disciples, he was the most intimate disciple.
00:22:03 --> 00:22:06 He was called the beloved disciple. He was the
00:22:06 --> 00:22:09 one leaning on Jesus' chest. When they was at
00:22:09 --> 00:22:10 the Last Supper, you just brought up and Jesus
00:22:10 --> 00:22:13 said, one of y 'all are gonna betray me. So John
00:22:13 --> 00:22:17 said, you got me? John was laying on his chest.
00:22:17 --> 00:22:23 He said, you got me? And they had to ask John,
00:22:23 --> 00:22:27 ask him who gonna be. So I picked John. That's
00:22:27 --> 00:22:29 why I picked John because that's worship too.
00:22:29 --> 00:22:31 And the book of Revelation is because that talks
00:22:31 --> 00:22:34 about the end. It talks about the church and
00:22:34 --> 00:22:37 it talks about the demise of the devil and our
00:22:37 --> 00:22:40 newness, new heaven, new earth, new Jerusalem.
00:22:40 --> 00:22:42 So I picked those. That's the final four right
00:22:42 --> 00:22:45 there, bro. Tallulah, Tallulah, Tallulah, Tallulah.
00:22:45 --> 00:22:49 Who would make a final four of people in the
00:22:49 --> 00:22:59 Bible? Moses. Jesus? I gotta pick Jesus. You
00:22:59 --> 00:23:02 know Jesus on that. He's a foregone conclusion.
00:23:02 --> 00:23:03 I'm trying to think of the others. He's the number
00:23:03 --> 00:23:06 one seed? Come on, bro. He's the leader. Moses,
00:23:06 --> 00:23:08 I'm going in. Who's your number one seed? Jesus?
00:23:08 --> 00:23:11 Jesus. Who's number two seed? Moses. Moses. Number
00:23:11 --> 00:23:17 three? Uh, wait a minute. Paul. Paul? Uh -huh.
00:23:17 --> 00:23:22 And fourth seed? Um, Apostle John. And John.
00:23:22 --> 00:23:32 Yes. Okay. Hey, bro. Yoda, Yoda, Yoda, Yoda.
00:23:36 --> 00:23:40 That had you thinking, didn't it? Listen, I'm
00:23:40 --> 00:23:42 gonna let that music play just a little longer,
00:23:42 --> 00:23:45 bro. That had you thinking, didn't it? Yeah,
00:23:45 --> 00:23:50 bro. So that... That had you... I looked at you,
00:23:50 --> 00:23:54 you were deep in... Yes. Yeah. You were weighing
00:23:54 --> 00:24:00 it out. Yes, because I love the word, right?
00:24:00 --> 00:24:04 So it's hard to say. Right. You know, like, first
00:24:04 --> 00:24:06 you ask me about the word, then you say the people.
00:24:06 --> 00:24:14 I'm like, golly. Like, dude, listen. Moses is
00:24:14 --> 00:24:16 somebody that I would have wanted to talk to.
00:24:17 --> 00:24:19 If I could, because I think somebody put some
00:24:19 --> 00:24:20 on social media. If you could talk to people
00:24:20 --> 00:24:23 in the Bible, who would it be? Moses would be
00:24:23 --> 00:24:29 one of them. Sure. Because this dude saw God
00:24:29 --> 00:24:32 face to face. Intimately. Yes. The Bible says,
00:24:32 --> 00:24:35 God even said it. He said, I speak to Moses face
00:24:35 --> 00:24:40 to face. Right. Right. So when he went up. That's
00:24:40 --> 00:24:43 somebody you want to. What? Yeah. You wanna put
00:24:43 --> 00:24:48 him on the podcast. What? I need to tell me what
00:24:48 --> 00:24:52 you saw when you sat in front, like I'm sitting
00:24:52 --> 00:24:55 in front of you. If I'm Moses and you God, I'm
00:24:55 --> 00:24:58 sitting, what? What, right, tell me, tell, oh
00:24:58 --> 00:25:01 yeah. What did he say? What did he look, what
00:25:01 --> 00:25:04 did you see? What did you feel? What happened?
00:25:04 --> 00:25:08 Right, dude, just tell me Another one paul paul
00:25:08 --> 00:25:11 the apostle he got caught up to the third heaven
00:25:11 --> 00:25:13 second corinthians chapter 12 He got caught up
00:25:13 --> 00:25:16 to the third heaven. God's abode. He said that
00:25:16 --> 00:25:20 he saw Things that he was not even permitted.
00:25:20 --> 00:25:23 He can't even speak He said he couldn't even
00:25:23 --> 00:25:26 write it The stuff he saw he wouldn't he said
00:25:26 --> 00:25:30 I couldn't even write what I saw So to be able
00:25:30 --> 00:25:35 to have that yeah, I know what That's crazy.
00:25:35 --> 00:25:38 I mean, but you could probably pick a top 20
00:25:38 --> 00:25:42 of people that you will want to talk to I could
00:25:42 --> 00:25:44 I could I could narrow it down to four, right?
00:25:44 --> 00:25:46 That's more impactful. You know, I'm saying now
00:25:46 --> 00:25:48 you're talking about heavyweight, bro. Heavyweight.
00:25:48 --> 00:25:52 You talk about hit a heat, bro. That was good,
00:25:52 --> 00:25:55 bro. That was dude, because that might have been
00:25:55 --> 00:25:58 the best Yoda and I like how you hit me with
00:25:58 --> 00:26:02 the Tallulah boy. That's fire right there, coach.
00:26:03 --> 00:26:05 Serenity now. Serenity now. That's why I told
00:26:05 --> 00:26:10 y 'all he is the radio is a podcasting. Research
00:26:10 --> 00:26:14 says anxiety and depression are the two leading
00:26:14 --> 00:26:17 mental health issues reported by collegiate and
00:26:17 --> 00:26:20 professional basketball players that they deal
00:26:20 --> 00:26:26 with. Wow. Anxiety and depression. You know what?
00:26:27 --> 00:26:30 On a stage like that, You can get, you can have,
00:26:31 --> 00:26:34 what do you call it, performance anxiety? You
00:26:34 --> 00:26:36 don't want to let people down. I would probably
00:26:36 --> 00:26:42 say there's less anxiety on the court as it is
00:26:42 --> 00:26:45 the whole surrounding. Like once the game starts,
00:26:46 --> 00:26:48 play, I think they get lost in that. In the play.
00:26:49 --> 00:26:52 but leading up to what we talk about coming out
00:26:52 --> 00:26:56 of the tunnel. Even days before the game? Yeah,
00:26:56 --> 00:26:58 the travel to the game, the lead up, the build
00:26:58 --> 00:27:01 up, the talking to people. You know, that's a
00:27:01 --> 00:27:04 lot of pressure for some people to deal with.
00:27:05 --> 00:27:07 And let's say you're a great basketball player,
00:27:07 --> 00:27:10 but ordinarily you're reserved and somewhat withdrawn
00:27:10 --> 00:27:14 or shy. Now you're thrust in the middle of the
00:27:14 --> 00:27:17 media spotlight because you're You know team
00:27:17 --> 00:27:20 is the well and you've got to be this totally
00:27:20 --> 00:27:22 different person. How do you handle that right?
00:27:23 --> 00:27:26 Imagine imagine that would be built up imagine
00:27:26 --> 00:27:27 leaving high school and coming straight to the
00:27:27 --> 00:27:31 NBA Mmm, that's a whole Kobe Bryant. That's a
00:27:31 --> 00:27:33 whole not well. He was probably the most prepared
00:27:33 --> 00:27:36 but all the ones that didn't But still, though,
00:27:37 --> 00:27:38 he still had some pressure, though. Yeah. Cope
00:27:38 --> 00:27:41 was 17, though. He was prepared. He was. Isn't
00:27:41 --> 00:27:44 that crazy? What was the difference with his
00:27:44 --> 00:27:47 preparation and Lebron's? Well, I think they
00:27:47 --> 00:27:50 were both prepared but in a different way. Kobe
00:27:50 --> 00:27:54 was more mentally prepared. Kobe was more mental
00:27:54 --> 00:27:57 but because he's dad and his upbringing in Italy.
00:27:58 --> 00:28:00 Plus he traveled too. He grew up in Italy. Right.
00:28:00 --> 00:28:03 So his instincts and approach to things were
00:28:03 --> 00:28:06 different. Right. LeBron had a more edge to him
00:28:06 --> 00:28:08 because he had, you know, he came from that and
00:28:08 --> 00:28:11 he was a freak of nature physically. Right. So
00:28:11 --> 00:28:13 you take the I gotta make it because I come from
00:28:13 --> 00:28:15 this grit. Right. With my physical ability. Right.
00:28:16 --> 00:28:19 I'm ready. That's unstoppable. Right. But you
00:28:19 --> 00:28:22 got many that's not ready for that. Look at John
00:28:22 --> 00:28:26 Moran. He's a great talent. Yeah, but he's still
00:28:26 --> 00:28:30 doing gun gestures on the court. Did you see
00:28:30 --> 00:28:33 that? You think, okay, what is his serenity now?
00:28:33 --> 00:28:36 He's dealing with something. Right. He deals
00:28:36 --> 00:28:38 with something. Somebody said he comes from a
00:28:38 --> 00:28:41 small town. Those are outbursts. Right. Somebody
00:28:41 --> 00:28:42 said he comes from a really, really small town.
00:28:43 --> 00:28:47 In South Carolina. Not geared to... used to that
00:28:47 --> 00:28:50 level of success in a sense, I guess, not trying
00:28:50 --> 00:28:54 to... I mean, I get it. I get it. Yeah. Wow.
00:28:54 --> 00:28:55 Look at your neighbor. Look at your neighbor.
00:28:56 --> 00:29:00 In 1997, Violet Palmer was the first African
00:29:00 --> 00:29:04 -American female to referee in a regular season
00:29:04 --> 00:29:07 NBA game. Do you remember that? I do. Really?
00:29:07 --> 00:29:10 You remember who it was? Not the game, but I
00:29:10 --> 00:29:13 remember her. Wow. Violet Palmer. Shout out to
00:29:13 --> 00:29:23 that. Auburn will bring Alabama its first national
00:29:23 --> 00:29:25 championship in college basketball. Hell, yeah.
00:29:25 --> 00:29:29 Hell, yeah. I'm saying it. All right. Hey, I
00:29:29 --> 00:29:33 told you, man. Bruce, I wanted to know what your
00:29:33 --> 00:29:36 opinion on Bruce Pearl was. You know he was involved
00:29:36 --> 00:29:41 indirectly in that gambling deal with Henry Hill
00:29:41 --> 00:29:44 from Goodfellas? Bruce Pearl was? He was on the
00:29:44 --> 00:29:47 Boston College scene. You know, Bruce Pearl looked
00:29:47 --> 00:29:50 like he could be one of them good fellas. Henry
00:29:50 --> 00:29:52 Hill, the star. That's what I'm saying, I know.
00:29:53 --> 00:29:58 Bruce Pearl looked like a good fella. First to
00:29:58 --> 00:30:01 10 segment. Final Four Men's Predictions, we
00:30:01 --> 00:30:06 pretty much gave it. I hope. I wouldn't be surprised
00:30:06 --> 00:30:09 if any team wins, but I'm going to say Florida
00:30:09 --> 00:30:11 because I like their point. Auburn and Florida
00:30:11 --> 00:30:12 would be a good matchup. Yeah, that would be
00:30:12 --> 00:30:14 a good matchup. Wouldn't that be crazy? Two SEC.
00:30:15 --> 00:30:17 The best conference. Representing basketball.
00:30:18 --> 00:30:25 Yeah. I can see it. Has the pendulum swung? Yes.
00:30:25 --> 00:30:28 You know what I'm about to ask. It's SEC dominant
00:30:28 --> 00:30:31 now. Let me tell you why. Let me break it down
00:30:31 --> 00:30:34 to you. Why? During all those expansion years.
00:30:35 --> 00:30:37 The conferences football the major conference
00:30:37 --> 00:30:43 SEC Big Ten ACC Big 12 and Pac -12 They made
00:30:43 --> 00:30:46 expansions ACC and Big Ten did it for football.
00:30:46 --> 00:30:50 Okay, they made they made deals Primarily for
00:30:50 --> 00:30:53 football. Okay, everyone else you get on board,
00:30:53 --> 00:30:55 but everything is driven for football That's
00:30:55 --> 00:30:57 what they made their investment side. And so
00:30:57 --> 00:31:00 that is what caught on with the networks Okay.
00:31:00 --> 00:31:02 All right. So now the expansion is more but now
00:31:02 --> 00:31:05 they've got more money for basketball. Okay.
00:31:05 --> 00:31:09 Now they've got more money for coaching, top
00:31:09 --> 00:31:11 coaches. Yeah, that makes sense. Where the other
00:31:11 --> 00:31:14 conferences didn't invest, then they had to expand,
00:31:14 --> 00:31:18 you know, after the fact and catch the last look
00:31:18 --> 00:31:23 at the ACC. They've got Stanford, Cal and SMU.
00:31:24 --> 00:31:26 Yeah. three teams that would you really like
00:31:26 --> 00:31:29 beat the door down and have them take them. Why
00:31:29 --> 00:31:31 did you have them? Because they were the only
00:31:31 --> 00:31:35 ones left. Right. Right. Right. Wow. Okay. Black
00:31:35 --> 00:31:39 folk. Is basketball the unofficial black sport?
00:31:46 --> 00:31:50 It's dominant. I wouldn't argue if somebody said
00:31:50 --> 00:31:53 that. Okay. So I'm cool with that. Travel through
00:31:53 --> 00:31:55 your eyes. Travel through your eyes. The two
00:31:55 --> 00:31:59 sites of men and women's Final Four. San Antonio,
00:31:59 --> 00:32:02 Texas and Tampa Bay, Florida. The men are in
00:32:02 --> 00:32:04 San Antonio and the women are in Tampa Bay. I've
00:32:04 --> 00:32:07 been to Tampa Bay. I've been to both. I haven't
00:32:07 --> 00:32:10 been to San Antonio. Beautiful. I stayed in Tampa
00:32:10 --> 00:32:13 Bay for seven days. I stayed on Harbor Island.
00:32:14 --> 00:32:16 You was right in the mix. Where they had the
00:32:16 --> 00:32:19 Super Bowl get together. We stayed on Harbor
00:32:19 --> 00:32:22 Island for seven days. they've got a that's where
00:32:22 --> 00:32:26 they have those bars all the bars yeah all of
00:32:26 --> 00:32:30 them they got the yachts lined up we looked at
00:32:30 --> 00:32:32 the yachts bars we went to all the bars we didn't
00:32:32 --> 00:32:34 have to go we had the rule that's how i got to
00:32:34 --> 00:32:39 mobile well how i was in a meeting there and
00:32:39 --> 00:32:42 uh the guy offered me a position to come to come
00:32:42 --> 00:32:45 to mobile if it was in his convention Yeah, we
00:32:45 --> 00:32:47 was hitting up man. We hit the bar. We had all
00:32:47 --> 00:32:49 the bars. We hit all those spots. It's right
00:32:49 --> 00:32:51 there. We had the room right there in the hotel.
00:32:52 --> 00:32:53 I know, that's why I had to ask you. I looked
00:32:53 --> 00:32:57 out the window and we got water, the slip with
00:32:57 --> 00:32:59 the yachts coming in and out. We come downstairs.
00:32:59 --> 00:33:02 We were right across and we had to ferried over.
00:33:02 --> 00:33:05 I know what you talking about. You can show a
00:33:05 --> 00:33:08 ferry over. We come downstairs. We spent, and
00:33:08 --> 00:33:10 people's like, why they all didn't go nowhere
00:33:10 --> 00:33:11 else? You don't have to go nowhere else. You
00:33:11 --> 00:33:14 got everything right there. Right, right. food,
00:33:14 --> 00:33:18 drinks, entertainment. Like if you're in Mobile,
00:33:18 --> 00:33:21 that's like living right on Dolphin Street, right
00:33:21 --> 00:33:23 in the mix. You smack that. Let me tell you,
00:33:23 --> 00:33:28 Harbor Island is the spot to be in Tampa Bay.
00:33:29 --> 00:33:31 Right. I don't care what nobody say. Now we did
00:33:31 --> 00:33:35 go to further down in Florida. I forget the name
00:33:35 --> 00:33:38 of it. They had a lot of museums there. St. Pete.
00:33:39 --> 00:33:41 Right. St. Pete a couple miles down. That's where
00:33:41 --> 00:33:43 the actual games are held at. Right. So we saw
00:33:43 --> 00:33:46 the stadium, saw both baseballs. Yeah, saw all
00:33:46 --> 00:33:49 that. But I've never been to San Antonio. Now,
00:33:49 --> 00:33:52 I don't like Texas. It's too hot. San Antonio's
00:33:52 --> 00:33:53 nice, though. It's a different kind of heat.
00:33:54 --> 00:33:56 But there's a lot of cover in the area where
00:33:56 --> 00:33:59 you would be in San Antonio. Okay. You know,
00:33:59 --> 00:34:01 coverage. Okay. So it's really nice. Gotcha.
00:34:02 --> 00:34:04 All right. All right. Third and short. All right.
00:34:04 --> 00:34:06 South Carolina, Yukon. Who you got? That's the
00:34:06 --> 00:34:10 women's championship. I'm gonna go with South
00:34:10 --> 00:34:11 Carolina. You know we gotta go, come on. You
00:34:11 --> 00:34:14 know we gotta rock with. Okay, I'm going with
00:34:14 --> 00:34:16 the Gamecocks too. Yeah, you know we gotta, come
00:34:16 --> 00:34:19 on. In our segment coming up, we're gonna talk
00:34:19 --> 00:34:21 about the Gamecocks lineup. Alright, random 3
00:34:21 --> 00:34:25 a .m. Oh boy, here we go. Are oranges named orange
00:34:25 --> 00:34:29 because they're orange or is orange called orange
00:34:29 --> 00:34:40 because oranges are orange? WTH. Hey, watch it
00:34:40 --> 00:34:45 buddy. You're something there Rick. I got a couple
00:34:45 --> 00:34:48 of questions for you there buddy. You're a regular
00:34:48 --> 00:34:52 Phyllis Diller. What are the lines of a bar code
00:34:52 --> 00:34:59 called? They're called a bar code. Incorrect
00:34:59 --> 00:35:03 Rick. Bars. What are they called? Bars. Bars.
00:35:03 --> 00:35:08 Yep. All right, Derek, what are the holes in
00:35:08 --> 00:35:16 Swiss cheese called? What? Come on, bro. Yeah,
00:35:16 --> 00:35:18 they got a name with the holes in Swiss cheese.
00:35:18 --> 00:35:23 What do they call them? Eyes. This is a good
00:35:23 --> 00:35:26 one. And it's a good fun fact, too. What is a
00:35:26 --> 00:35:30 plastic tip on a shoelace called? A latchet?
00:35:30 --> 00:35:36 An aglet. Aglet. An aglet. Okay. And you hope
00:35:36 --> 00:35:39 you don't have this one. What is the rare condition
00:35:39 --> 00:35:44 where a male is born with two penises also known
00:35:44 --> 00:36:00 as penile duplication? Double dick. I got an
00:36:00 --> 00:36:05 answer, dude. What's it called? Oh my goodness.
00:36:06 --> 00:36:08 Oh my goodness, all right. I don't know how to
00:36:08 --> 00:36:11 feel about this segment there, buddy. Red flag
00:36:11 --> 00:36:14 segment. Red flags. If you hear, watch this sucker,
00:36:15 --> 00:36:21 you heathen. You heathen. You beading bad hugger.
00:36:23 --> 00:36:26 My body was made by mother nature. But, face
00:36:26 --> 00:36:28 caught up with father time. What did you say?
00:36:28 --> 00:36:30 A friend said, yo, face got caught up with father
00:36:30 --> 00:36:33 time. Father time. That's a good one, man. You
00:36:33 --> 00:36:35 got another one coming on right now, Lamont driving
00:36:35 --> 00:36:39 their car coming up. Dude, you ever pay attention
00:36:39 --> 00:36:42 to how tight his pants be? Yeah, that was the
00:36:42 --> 00:36:44 70s though. That's what people wear, you know,
00:36:44 --> 00:36:48 tight pipe pants, bell bottoms. Art segment.
00:36:48 --> 00:36:54 The art segment. Jesse Trevino was a prolific
00:36:54 --> 00:36:58 muralist and mosaic artist. is known for his
00:36:58 --> 00:37:02 photorealistic style and depictions of Chicano
00:37:02 --> 00:37:07 community, culture, and history, as well as San
00:37:07 --> 00:37:11 Antonio's Mexican heritage. All right, man. This
00:37:11 --> 00:37:13 has been the Arts Segment. The Arts Segment.
00:37:16 --> 00:37:19 Listen, Health is Well Segment. The Texas Method
00:37:19 --> 00:37:23 is a popular strength training program originating
00:37:23 --> 00:37:25 in Texas. Have you ever heard that? No, I haven't.
00:37:25 --> 00:37:28 Okay. That emphasizes a weekly linear progression
00:37:28 --> 00:37:32 model with a volume day, a light day, and an
00:37:32 --> 00:37:35 intensity day. So it's three days a week. Interesting.
00:37:35 --> 00:37:38 The Texas method was developed by powerlifters
00:37:38 --> 00:37:41 and strength coaches is known for its effectiveness
00:37:41 --> 00:37:45 in building strength and muscle mass. So when
00:37:45 --> 00:37:48 you do your reps, you increase volume. That's
00:37:48 --> 00:37:51 what linear. So like I say, you do three reps.
00:37:51 --> 00:37:54 So you do three reps of 100 and you do three
00:37:54 --> 00:37:57 reps of 120, three reps of 140. Oh, okay. Okay.
00:37:57 --> 00:38:01 Okay. You progress at whatever rate you go. Okay.
00:38:01 --> 00:38:03 So wherever you start, you increase each day.
00:38:04 --> 00:38:06 Okay, gotcha. On and off the field book club.
00:38:06 --> 00:38:08 Oh, yeah. So this is this is our on and off the
00:38:08 --> 00:38:11 field book club. This is a book again by Mike
00:38:11 --> 00:38:15 Hunt. It's called Mike hunt getting stuffed by
00:38:15 --> 00:38:18 Brad Goss. All right, let's go. All right, Mike
00:38:18 --> 00:38:21 hunt delivers babies Mike hunt loves eating out
00:38:21 --> 00:38:25 Mike hunt loves a good scissor without a doubt

00:38:48 --> 00:38:51 Like an old loaf of bread. Mike Hunt loves running
00:38:51 --> 00:38:55 trains. Mike Hunt can get sad. Mike Hunt always
00:38:55 --> 00:38:58 wears. Good quality pads. Mike Hunt hates periods.
00:38:58 --> 00:39:01 Mike Hunt can get slammed. But whatever you do...
00:39:01 --> 00:39:04 Don't call Mike Hunter Clam. When you meet Mike
00:39:04 --> 00:39:07 Hunt, just remember to say, I see you Mike Hunt.
00:39:07 --> 00:39:12 And I'll see you next Tuesday. The end. We flow
00:39:12 --> 00:39:15 like that. We flow it. We flow it. Blue Bag Music
00:39:15 --> 00:39:18 Second. Let's go. All right. This was 3 37 a
00:39:18 --> 00:39:25 .m. This was a song called Maria Tambien. Okay.
00:39:25 --> 00:39:29 And it's by the group Karoo. Kerangman? Uh huh.
00:39:29 --> 00:39:31 I don't know how to pronounce it. It's K -H -R
00:39:31 --> 00:39:34 -U -A -N -G -B -I -N Kerangman. I can't pronounce
00:39:34 --> 00:39:37 that. It's a good guitar. Okay. Yeah, yeah, check
00:39:37 --> 00:39:39 it out. Alright, I checked it out. Two thumbs
00:39:39 --> 00:39:42 up, what'd I tell you? Lion ass. What'd I say,
00:39:42 --> 00:39:44 dude? Fire! I told you. Did you start a second
00:39:44 --> 00:39:47 season? Dude! Did you start a second season?
00:39:47 --> 00:39:51 Yes! Yeah, I'm on episode five. Fire! So let
00:39:51 --> 00:39:55 me ask you this. In your honest opinion, which
00:39:55 --> 00:40:01 season is better? I don't want to say it because
00:40:01 --> 00:40:06 I'm halfway through. They're equal right now.
00:40:06 --> 00:40:08 They're equal to me right now. Do you know what
00:40:08 --> 00:40:13 I like? How the transition when they started
00:40:13 --> 00:40:16 season two, it was so smooth. They didn't break
00:40:16 --> 00:40:22 nothing. Dude, she is. There's some military
00:40:22 --> 00:40:27 series that to me are unrealistic. They seem
00:40:27 --> 00:40:32 phony. They seem this one cosmetic. Yes, it seems
00:40:32 --> 00:40:34 Hollywood this one this would then there didn't
00:40:34 --> 00:40:37 there shows that you can get into this is one
00:40:37 --> 00:40:39 of this is one of them you can get into This
00:40:39 --> 00:40:43 is good. We so we talked out there. He's it is
00:40:43 --> 00:40:47 stream first for episode 8 Like it was a streaming
00:40:47 --> 00:40:56 If y 'all have never watched lioness I put Coach
00:40:56 --> 00:40:59 on, I told you, it's lit. So we talked off air,
00:40:59 --> 00:41:01 and I asked you this question, and we'll move
00:41:01 --> 00:41:04 on. So, and people that, if you're listening
00:41:04 --> 00:41:06 to your wife's line, this would be a good question
00:41:06 --> 00:41:10 for you too. The men, could you marry a woman
00:41:10 --> 00:41:13 like her? Could you be in a relationship with
00:41:13 --> 00:41:15 a woman like her? You would have to have an understanding.
00:41:16 --> 00:41:22 So the dude that's on there, is he a simp? She's
00:41:22 --> 00:41:24 treating him wrong, Coach. Well, they have kids.
00:41:24 --> 00:41:25 They have kids. That's a different scenario.
00:41:26 --> 00:41:29 I know, but they got kids. But she disrespects
00:41:29 --> 00:41:32 him sometimes, Coach. Well, they have a different
00:41:32 --> 00:41:38 role. He's playing the stay at home mind. But
00:41:38 --> 00:41:41 he's in a doctor, but he's still taking care
00:41:41 --> 00:41:44 of the kids in the house. She's out. You think
00:41:44 --> 00:41:46 she's taking for granted a little bit? I don't
00:41:46 --> 00:41:48 think so, man. I think that's a tough, tough
00:41:48 --> 00:41:51 job. You know what I mean? That's a tough job.
00:41:51 --> 00:41:53 It's not like she's - The stuff that she did
00:41:53 --> 00:41:55 in season one, how she had to maneuver and manipulate
00:41:55 --> 00:41:58 people to do stuff. And she's doing it in season
00:41:58 --> 00:42:01 two. Doing it, bro. Facts. That muck is good,
00:42:01 --> 00:42:04 bro. Check it out. All right. All right, pet
00:42:04 --> 00:42:05 peeves. Uh -oh, you just talked about - When
00:42:05 --> 00:42:08 the illegal streaming service starts to buffer.
00:42:09 --> 00:42:11 Wait a minute, what kind of streaming is it?
00:42:11 --> 00:42:14 Illegal streaming service. Illegal? Yeah. Illegal.
00:42:15 --> 00:42:18 So that's like the robber complaining to the
00:42:18 --> 00:42:20 police. Right, right. You know what I'm saying,
00:42:20 --> 00:42:27 if it hadn't been for you meddling cops. And
00:42:27 --> 00:42:33 again to Magnet. All right, let's get this over
00:42:33 --> 00:42:37 with. After the storm clouds blow by and all
00:42:37 --> 00:42:43 the rain empties, I breathe. Roadblocks, obstructions,
00:42:44 --> 00:42:47 barricades, barriers, distractions. I breathe.
00:42:48 --> 00:42:53 Negative people, places and things I breathe
00:42:53 --> 00:43:01 out. An ode to McNutt. And this is an ode to
00:43:01 --> 00:43:06 the ladies. You are a dance of light and sound
00:43:06 --> 00:43:10 in my heart. I am lost in love with nothing missing
00:43:10 --> 00:43:14 you. To my ladies. With each breath you draw
00:43:14 --> 00:43:17 me towards yourself. And I in this love dance
00:43:17 --> 00:43:21 towards you. To my ladies. Your love is an ocean
00:43:21 --> 00:43:24 of peace in which my soul flows towards you.
00:43:24 --> 00:43:27 To my ladies. You are beauty itself that in every
00:43:27 --> 00:43:30 breath you give me a life anew. To my ladies.
00:43:31 --> 00:43:36 Hello to the ladies. Words of the week. Yeah.
00:43:36 --> 00:43:39 You know, I like them. I'm a wordsmith. All right.
00:43:39 --> 00:43:42 All right. How do you pronounce that? P -E -T
00:43:42 --> 00:43:45 -R -I -C -H -O -R. Trekker. Right, petrichor.
00:43:45 --> 00:43:48 All right, petrichor. It means to smell after
00:43:48 --> 00:43:52 rain. I like the smell before rain. It is a unique
00:43:52 --> 00:43:54 smell before rain, because you can tell it's
00:43:54 --> 00:43:55 coming. I love it. You can tell it's coming.
00:43:55 --> 00:43:57 And the breeze that come with it? It's almost
00:43:57 --> 00:44:01 like someone up top is like... And then the breeze
00:44:01 --> 00:44:05 that comes with it and the smell. Don't let it
00:44:05 --> 00:44:08 be like a dark, it's dark. What is it about?
00:44:08 --> 00:44:10 That's what blew my mind. See we can see that
00:44:10 --> 00:44:14 a lot up north. Down here it was like from a
00:44:14 --> 00:44:16 distance you could see these black ominous clouds
00:44:16 --> 00:44:18 coming all of a sudden. What's so attractive
00:44:18 --> 00:44:21 about that? Why is that so attractive? Just to
00:44:21 --> 00:44:23 see the formation of the blue. You sit down on
00:44:23 --> 00:44:25 a porch. Right before it rains. I can see it
00:44:25 --> 00:44:27 out my window. Yeah, but you enjoy it. You know
00:44:27 --> 00:44:30 what I mean? The transformation of nature. That's
