During Women’s History Month, I want to take a moment to say thank you to the hosts of the On and Off da Field Podcast.
From the beginning, they trusted me with an important part of the show. That trust meant a lot to me, especially during moments when I doubted myself. Instead of letting me question my place, they encouraged me and reminded me that my voice mattered.
Through this podcast, we’ve had the privilege of hearing from some incredible women from professionals making an impact in their fields, to queens of the court in basketball, to pageant queens using their platforms for purpose.
Coach Lance and Coach Rick are truly amazing men. They lead with respect, encouragement, and a genuine desire to uplift others. Their leadership makes it clear that this platform is not just about sports; it’s about people, purpose, and community. I’m grateful not only for the opportunity to work alongside them, but also for the way they create space for important voices to be heard.
They are a gift to this community, and I’m thankful to be part of the team.
Because the best teams don’t just compete to win — they know their purpose and help create winners on and off the field.
