In our last episode, “Cuz I’m a Man” we talked about grilled tuna in our Edible Eatable Eats Segment. This something I eat once a week. In a bowl place arugula, small diced cucumbers, red onion. Season with pinch of salt, cracked black pepper and olive oil. Next grill green tomato slices and place over arugula mix. Coat tuna slice in olive oil with a pinch of garlic powder, then coat with sesame seeds on both sides. Sautee on a nonstick skillet for about 1/1/2 min to 2min each side leaving center pink. Remove and slice, season with red balsamic vinegar and teriyaki sauce and place over grilled green tomato. Enjoy!
