This disorder is completely reversible. In most cases, it is a matter of looking in the mirror and being honest with yourself. Here are ten things that I did to reverse my diagnosis:

1. No Fast food

2. No sugary deserts or candies

3. Reduced alcohol intake -

4. No White bread – Whole Grain Sugar Free

5. Consistent Exercise and strength training

6. No White rice – more baby leaf spinach

7. No Soda/Juice – water or hot tea

8. No cereal – find healthier sugar free snacks

9. No processed meat – eat more nuts and fruit

10. No white potatoes – relaced with regular and purple sweet potatoes
